I live close to this location. I am now done dining there. The bottom line is this location is not reliable enough in many ways. Open during business hours? Nope, not always. Have all the ingredients to make your food? Nope, not even most of the time. It takes a while for me to turn against a place, but out of the last say 20 times I’ve gone here, they were probably closed 5 times (during normal hours), and did not have the ingredients for my order 7 or 8 other times. You stand in line patiently, and start placing your order only to find they are out of something – or multiple things. One time, they did not have black beans, chicken, or mild salsa.I stress here that these problems often occur consecutively. I put up with it for so long because it’s close by. There is another location about a mile farther away, and I will take all my business there in the future. (They’re not perfect either, but the odds are better). They got a second star because if/when you can get what you want, it’s usually decent.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, maybe 15, and the service and quality of food is gone downhill dramatically, not to mention the atmosphere. I never leave bad reviews and I always just put up with the service and the bad food and never complain, but after eating todays chicken jerky and paying for double for it, I then letting the manager on duty know that I thought that it was terrible. He told me I should just not come back. since he’s been working here for the last few months the service has gone exponentially downhill, as well as the camaraderie between the employees you can just tell by watching and talking to them. I understand that it’s hard to find good help, but the owners of this franchise need to realize it starts at the top. The place is always dirty now never a clean table to sit at, and this particular general manager is an absolute joke on a regular basis.! And I will go to other chipotles as long as he still works here.

As a gluten and dairy free person finding food is a challenge. Chipotle has always been a good place. However the person who served me at this location did not seem to even understand my needs. I eat anyway being careful what i put in my bowl but skipped out on things i normally eat. I think some additional training is needed at this loaction.

Walked away hungry after paying for double chicken. They skimp on portions. I eat Chipotle multiple times a week at different locations. For the same order, my bowl here is 70% of what I get at other places. This is a pattern at this location if you read the other reviews . I once even asked the server if he can do full scoops and was told “we don’t do full scoops anymore”. Stay AWAY

Absolutely terrible service and quantities. I keep trying to give this location another try and regret it everytime. They will not give proper portions and this 1 particular lady always skimps and forces you to pay extra for a normal serving. Never again. The amount of business is very obviously going down at this location. Last year it was always busy. This year hardly anyone is ever there. Atleast people are learning.

Made a pickup order and was in store for 20 minutes, watched over 5 people in line get their food, 2 door dashers get their order so I waited in line and asked if they could make my pickup order because the whole reason I placed it was to pick it up and leave and they said another person is working on it, when they could’ve just made my food right there but instead I wait over another 10 minutes to get my food. What a waste of a lunch break. Also they left the front door locked a half hour after open

This Chipotle is near my work place. Fast and friendly service. If you take the vegetarian bowl, the guacamole is added for no extra cost. This place is clean and good. The food sometimes seems a tad bit undercooked, especially when it gets busy during lunch.
