If you’re in the mood for some good Cajun seafood and soul food, this is your place. They have a great selection from frog legs to pulled pork. You order everything up front and they deliver it to your table. They only have outdoor seating, but it’s in the shade and they have a fan blowing to keep it cool. We went in the middle of the day and the breeze off the pier made it pleasant. The food was a bit pricey but good. We wanted to try the gator legs but would pass on them next time (they taste like chicken wings but a lot more expensive). We had the fried oysters and catfish with Mac and cheese and the jumbo shrimp poboy with candied yams. The catfish and shrimp were both very tasty. The Mac and cheese was average and the yams were good. We ordered the sweet potato pecan pie but had to take it to go because we were so full. Next time we would just go with the pecan pie or banana pudding. The sweet potato took away some of the sweetness. Overall, we enjoyed the food and experience. Nice to have a taste of New Orleans and soul food in an area with so many chain restaurants.

Excellent food and friendly staff. I had Jambalaya. You order at the counter and prepay, that’s OK but not great. The menus were dirty and sticky! Clean it up! We had a good time.

Oh my goooddnneesss gracious!!! The Crab Cluster was soul sucking!!!! The most delicious messy experience I’ve ever had tearing apart crab legs!!! The creole sauce was to die for! Everything was smothered in it! I couldn’t even speak I got so lost in the literal sauce!!! Def worth every penny! Soul food at it’s finest! I can’t wait to come back and try more on the menu!!!

First time eating here. Had the alligator legs, full slab of ribs. My friend had the shrimp boil. All was excellent and very tasty. While it is on the pricey $$$ side, I still felt like the quality was there and portions are good size. Definitely recommend if visiting shoreline village. The staff was also very friendly and gave good recommendations on what to try or share with my friend!

You order your food with the hostess and someone brings it out. There isn’t a lot of service but that is clearly stated before you ordered. Food came out quick and was very good. I would absolutely go back if we are in the area again.

This is a great place and the food was amazing. Was a little concerened when we had to order first, pay then find a table but the food and service was perfect. Ribs, collard greens and green beans cooked to perfection. My wife had the Crawfish Etouffee. The amount of crayfish was surprising and my wife said it was better than anything she had in New Orleans. You will not be disappointed here…
