I never have problems with this location. Chicken teriyaki sub is amazing. Last time I ordered it through ubereats for delivery, it was fresh and piping hot. Generous portion of fries. Chocolate chip cookies are great as well.

I live about 30 minutes from this location. They made my order incorrectly. I immediately contacted the manager and told her I would not be able to bring it back in until the next day. She said it would be fine. I returned with the food and was told that since I didn’t bring it in the same day, they would not be able to refund. Make sure you open everything before you leave! They even left their notes attached to the food to let me know that the “owner” Chris said no refunds.

UC location is pretty good, but the Monmouth location in Newport KY is BY FAR the best Penn station location in the tri state area. If any management sees this review please know that the attention to the craft and food here are top tier even midday during the week. Donny and Ashley seem to be the main reasons for the consistent quality week in and week out. Fries are ALWAYS fresh which also sets them apart from other locations. They should be commended because good food service is hard to come by in any franchise this consistently. Always a reliable experience for this crew and location. A-1 service.

The food at Penn station is so good the problem is the orders are hardly ever made correctly the fries are hardly ever fresh and they don’t do anything to correct it if you don’t catch it while you’re there, calling them to speak to a manager is pointless writing in to a owner is also pointless they will never return your message so it’s just a waste of money if they mess up your order. And they must likely will.

Penn Station deserves more stars but this location is awful. The floor is always slippery with grease or dirt, I’m not sure why it is so slick. The food here is usually good but the employees show no sign of urgency, no customer service, etc. They always look like they are high or just woke up. If you want to use this location call ahead…way ahead. Then be prepared to be disappointed with how long it took and not being able to eat in the dining room.
