Cheryl saved our experience here!! Pregnant cashier is rude and mean acting…she tried to over charge us…had an attitude…didn’t know how to properly ring up our food and complained a lot. Even was rude and complaining over phone about giving directions. But Cheryl hope I’m spelling it right came to our rescue and made sure we were properly rang up and our vegetarian food was made just right! Food came out just delicious and fast! Tasty and made with love! Way better in restaurant than delivery I had usually got bc fresh and hot! Got veggie bagel and veggies on croissants with home fries with peppers and onions. Ate too fast for a pic!

This place is a hidden gem. I’ve been visiting for the past 8 years. They serve delicious breakfast freshly made and served by an incredible staff. My favorite is the mess with sausage, bacon and ham. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and enjoy with toast. Customer service is always the best. I recommend this place.

This restaurant used to be the sure shot. There was a day when it was standing room only and you had to wait darn near 30 minutes for takeout and the servers always wore a smile and loved their jobs. Unfortunately those days are long gone. I arrived around 10 and to my surprise, there was only 1 patron dining in. We were seated at a dirty booth. It was downright filthy. I asked the server to clean it and she gave it a quick wipe. I was unsatisfied with that so I asked her for the towel so I could clean it myself. She was heated the proceeded to bring me a waffle 15 minutes before the rest of my food. She kept filling my coffee cup halfway and had a stank attitude the entire time. I will never spend money in this restaurant again and I advise everyone to pay attention to what your server says and does. I felt uncomfortable, but stayed because I was with someone who doesn’t live in the area and has never eaten there. For him, it was a complete turn off. It’s time for another breakfast/lunch restaurant to appear in Reading, Pa. I had a mess with extra toast. My guest had chicken fingers and a waffle. I PAID $30 bucks for BASURA.

I ordered food and waited over an hour after they told me 20 mins. Then I ordered my home fries well down and I feel like I’m eating mashed potatoes and the onions are raw. I get they were busy but at least get my food right when making me wait. They used to be so much better. Idk what has happened.
