Placed order. 25-35 delivery time. 45 min later called store about order. Will be there in 10 min. 10 later asked for mgr who refused to give his name. But mgr was real good at threatening with call being recorded. Then store gave to door dash. As mgr comments were what’s wrong with your pizza I’m busy. And yes manager hung up on me. Door dashed picked up shortly after and was good about delivery. Chicken and pizza were Luke warm at best. Products had been out of oven for 30 mins. Asked for an extra sauce on pizza that didn’t happen. Thin crust was soggy not even close to crisp. I wouldn’t even rate this mgr or store with one star! Last time I will ever order from Pizza Hut!

The food was good, but the service was what ruined my appetite. I had ordered a curbside order due to a leg injury, I notified through the app i had arrived, waited about 10 minutes and no response. I called, a woman picked up and just kept repeating the word hello. I kept raising my voice hoping she can hear me, trying to tell her I’m outside waiting for my order and she just hangs up. I call again and this time they just let it ring. Finally, I wobble inside, seeing everyone in the back of the store. Finally I received the food and when I asked why they didnt bring out my order, they state “oh we didn’t receive a curbside notice” when I asked why they didn’t pick up the phone when I called, they said” oh we didn’t hear anyone.” It’s either this pizza hut’s equipment is broken which they should really fix, or the employees were too incompetent to do their jobs to not even notice the hazard lights I had on outside their restaurant. Hopefully the service gets better, or else I’ll just go back to the Domino’s that’s located closer to me.

I really love Pizza Hut wings but I moved to Rosenberg a year ago and the pizza huts here never honor my request (if they even answer the phone) and my wings turn out soggy. So I stopped going. But today I decided to go further out to this location. Maria answered the phone promptly and was sooo nice. When I arrived, I checked my wings and they were perfect! She made them crispy just how I like them with the sauce on the side. Even though there’s 3 places closer to me, I will be coming to this one.

This place is terrible, we ordered a pizza tonight 06/23/2023 and they “claimed” to have delivered it but apparently contactless means they will not notify you until the driver makes it back to the store. Never order from this place again it’s a bunch of incompetent people behind the counter.

I’m rating this Pizza Hut a 1 because shown in the picture they gave us a skinless chicken and other pieces of chicken was not even chicken it was just crust. The chicken tasted horrible. The pizza was beyond gross as shown some pizzas only had bread no cheese. It made my whole families stomach hurt to the max. WE NEED A REFUND!

Pizza arrived like it had been tossed around. If I would of seen the pizza like this I wouldn’t have tipped. Next time I’ll order from Pepperonis, its more expensive but at least my pizza arrives looking like a pizza.
