From our humble start in 2012, Maple Street has always been different. In a world of boring breakfast, we set out to craft scratch-made comfort food, with a modern twist. With every breakfast, lunch and catered event, our fresh ingredients, that quirky take on comfort food, and a sense of community go well beyond basic. We aim to leave you both full and fulfilled.
We promise to bring you fresh-cracked eggs. We promise to bake our biscuits from scratch every day, and never serve you some previously frozen puck of dough. We promise to provide impeccably clean stores, where you can focus on delicious food and those with whom you choose to enjoy it. Like you, our biscuits are a lot of things, but we promise they’ll never be boring.

One of my families favorite places for breakfast when we are traveling is Maple Street Biscuit Company.

Solid breakfast experience. I stayed nearby at the AC Marriot which had a terrible breakfast so I wanted to check out something else in walking distance. Saw this on Google Maps and figured I would check it out before my morning seminar. Very nice friendly helpful staff, reasonable prices, and fast delivery of great biscuits. I had biscuits and gravy with the potatoes. It was great. Love that they had the outdoor seating!

I’ve seen Cracker Barrel take this from Holler n Dash to the M&A with Maple St and was quite nervous as we’ve loved this eatery since they opened. But Maple Street has settled into a fine Southern Biscuit establishment with all the modern accoutrements like fancy coffee drinks, mama-moosa’s and Bourbon Barrel Maple shots. While that’s all fine and nice, the question is: what about the biscuits?! Rest easy, they are spot on and will please even the pickiest of your crew. 5+ for the maple bacon staff! They were all smiling!

Super service and food here. The staff was very friendly and helped welcome us after a long drive. The food was very fresh and good. The coffee was some of the best I’ve had as well. Highly recommend and I’ll be back for sure. The mountains in the distance didn’t hurt the eating experience either.

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. The biscuits are so soft. The jelly is absolutely amazing. We are from out of town and we do not have a restaurant that serves anything like this. My husband and I shared a sausage and cheddar frittaffle and a farmer biscuit that even had apple butter on it. Coffee is unique too! Definitely check this place out!

Why does it day 2 biscuits when you only get one?? When you say pepper bacon WOW!!! I believe it should be spicy bacon. All good tho. Just feel I paid more money then I should’ve. If I knew it was one biscuit I would’ve never paid $10.40

The five & dime is a must-have! If you get it, you won’t need a side. It’s a monster biscuit. I’ve been here multiple times, and every time, the experience was fantastic.

Loved this place in Chattanooga. The goat cheese chicken biscuit in pepper sauce is really good. Kind of pricy for the amount of food you get. The 3 layer cake was really good.

Had the chicken and waffles and an iced coffee. Chicken was tender, waffles were fluffy, and coffee was strong. Everything was great, almost too much to finish. The hostess/waitress even sent me over a sweet biscuit since it was my first time there.
