I was disappointed twice! I thought my 2 perch dinner would have fish bigger than what they gave me for 12.99.. Actually it was a dinner choice of 2 item. The shrimp was ok!! The lady that works the register keeps a attitude so beware!!

Worst Italian beef I’ve ever tasted. The meat was dark and dry like the meat was old or something but the bread was super soggy to the point you couldn’t even pick it up without it coming completely apart. When I did bite it, the initial taste was nasty but the aftertaste was way worse. I usually don’t waste food but this time I just couldn’t do it. Waste of money and never going back. If you can mess up an Italian beef, you can’t be trusted with anything else to me.

Last night I ordered from Fire House Fish and Chicken. I didn’t know that they are JJ fish and chicken. I was not happy with my order and my sister told me that I should ask for a refund, I did. Chris the manager was very accommodating and corrected my order and did a Superb job at customer service. I will definitely come again. Thank you.

Twice I ordered 10 wings and asked them to be fried hard. Today I called back because the wings were not fried hard. I was told to bring them back and I would get a fresh order. I brought the wings back and I was given the same wings which were now overcooked and burnt.

Great service if you’re picking up or doing delivery. If they are out of something they’ll contact you right away to fix the issue. The food is well cooked never had a issue with anything being over cooked or under cooked.
