I came in with my family and we were expecting it to be like it used to be when we still lived here. We were very disappointed with the buffet. The chicken was cold, the mashed potatoes were dried out, the gravy had a film over it. It took nearly 15 minutes for the pizzas we asked for to be brought out and it was just sat on the buffet so if it had been busy we wouldn’t have known it was out. There was a stack of plates on our table that no one came by for. What I am assuming is the manager was standing up front on his phone ignoring everything going on. We had to trade out the napkin holder on our table for different one because it was empty. The plates were dirty in the stack when grabbing it and we had to go through like 5 until one was clean to eat off of. Very disappointed by this experience won’t be coming back again.

On Sunday, July 30. 2023, I went to Pizza Ranch in Owatonna, MN, at about 1:30 pm for lunch. After paying my $16.04 for Senior discounted meal. was asked if there was a favorite pizza I wanted. to which I answered, “anything but Pepperoni, not a big fane”. So after my salad and a Cheese stick, I went to get some pizza and chicken. Got to the table to find two trays of cheese sticks, one tray of some kind of bacon pizza and the rest of the trays were pepperoni, so out of luck there, so I tried the bacon pizza, and went to get some chicken. I prefer chicken breast and all that was in the tray was drumsticks, wing tips and thighs, out of luck there also, so got some mashed potatoes/gravy and went to sit down and eat. Checked back three times to see if offerings had changed and hadn’t. so got some Ice Cream and left.

I will never go back to the Pizza Ranch in Owatonna. We did show up about 20 minutes to close after my son’s soccer game though but still no excuse on how we were treated. The manager was extremely rude and told us we had to pay full price for what they had left sitting out. They weren’t gonna make anymore. So they aren’t really true to the Pizza Ranches mission on their website. We walked out and Pizza Hut across the street got our business and it was delicious.

My family and I traveled to Owatonna so our son could compete in his soccer game today. We had about a half hour to eat and have always enjoyed the Pizza Ranch buffet in other towns as the don’t exist in our home area.

Hi this is chasity it’s not a good place to work the employees are vary disrespectful to employees but not only that to the customers to if there was a problem I would try to solve it instead of saying nothing I’m greatful for all the customers who have appreciated my service at pizza ranch! Worst customer service ever. After calling 6 times. Someone finally answered. When I questioned why nobody was answering the previous 5 times, I was brushed aside. I asked to talk to the manager. Then this person said she was the manager. I told her I was not happy with my service. To which she responded with “ok”. I’d love to review the food, but I wasn’t never given that option. I give it zero stars.
