We went here a few weeks ago for lunch since were in the Venice area, and I loved the calzone. I’m extremely difficult to please with Italian food, having Italian grandparents straight off the boat and growing up in the NY/NJ area, surrounded by Italians. Their marinara on the pasta wasn’t horrible either. The chicken parmigiana was standard chicken breast rolled in Italian bread crumbs and fried. Nothing special, and it needed more mozzarella. But, that calzone was awesome.

Pizza is delicious!! Closest to NY style I’ve had in FL. And great service, staff is always nice. But man you guys gotta work on your garlic knots and garlic bread. I’ve ordered both at least twice and it’s always come out undercooked and gummy which is disappointing because I’d definitely buy pizza more often if the garlic knots were better.

I’m not a guy that goes out giving bad reviews, I feel bad, because the lady at the counter was nice. We ordered alfredo penne, the house lasagna, garlic parmesan wings, lobster bisque, garlic bread. EVERYTHING we tried was absolutely repulsive, we couldn’t even eat it. The Alfredo was bland with no salt and raw garlic, I’ve had Chef Boyardee that tasted better than the lasagna, lobster bisque tasted days old, they shouldn’t even have served that. I was hoping at least the wings were decent, nope, it was bland, and the garlic sauce was gross, as was the garlic spread for the bread, which by the way, WASN’T EVEN TOASTED. I feel sick after eating this, no joke. This is one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. This may come off as aggressive, but I really do not write reviews like this, it was just THAT BAD. I will say, it was late, we picked up our order around 9:15 on Friday the 16th, I don’t know if it was a teenage stoner who cooked or some angry guy/girl, but that’s exactly what it tasted like, like it was on purpose, just careless, I’d rather eat at the gas station than go there again.

We had great service from the waitress. We asked for Alfredo sauce on pasta and it was delicious. Garlic knots are big and great. Plain cheese pizza was good too. Bruschetta in the photo.

I got the angel hair with meat sauce it was really good. The waitress was very sweet also.the cook even talked to me, that’s great, and said you will be back. Huge amount of food. Cost a little over 17 dollars.
