Great dinner! My NY Strip Streak was tender, juicy, tasty, and perfectly cooked. Veggies were nicely sauteed. My wife’s pork chop was also excellent. What rolls are fantastic and complimented with homebuyer. Nice selection of beers on tap. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were traveling through and arrived at 8 PM on a Saturday evening. We were seated right away though they were quite busy. We ordered the mango habanaro wings, the brisket nachos (subbed pulled pork for the brisket) and the mango green salad.

The service was a little concerning. My husband and I ordered the New York strip steak, but they brought us out the prime rib instead. They only told us it was the prime rib after we were half way through our meal. I also asked for a glass of their most budget friendly Merlot, but they served me their most expensive Cabernet Sauvingnon. Needless to say, the bill was not what we were expecting.

While visiting Pinedale for our grandsons’ wrestling tournament, we enjoyed a fabulous prime rib and NY steak dinner with all the fixings! The food, wine, and beer were excellent!!! David, who visited our table for quality check, was very personable and engaged in wrestling stories with us and it was fun to visit with him. After the tournament the next day, we went back to Stockman’s and enjoyed a cheeseburger and fries and fish & chips. Again, the food and service were excellent and we were attended by Traci, first class wait staff, and David recognized us and we enjoyed another chat about the tournament. All in all, excellent food and delightful staff!!!

Father’s Day in the middle of a Western vacation, staying in Pinedale to avoid the crazy Jackson prices. Looking for a “nicer” place for dinner, what an unexpected and delightful find at Stockman’s. The food was sublime, the atmosphere was perfect and although the service part has some struggles (where doesn’t these days?), the staff worked together to make sure all the important parts were covered. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic celebration dinner out!

My wife and I had dinner at Stockmans on Saturday, August 12, 2023. The restaurant and bar have recently been remodeled and are under new management. We were greeted as soon as we came in, promptly seated, and our drink orders taken. The maître d’ (I believe his name was Jonathan) came over and we had a very pleasant conversation about Pinedale, the restaurant and the evolution thereof from days gone by. Through the years, my wife and I have both spent a great deal of time in Pinedale and were familiar with the “original” Stockmans and we were both impressed with the evolution thereof. We both ordered prime rib, medium rare, and the steaks were superb – cooked to perfection with a very generous portion. Everything about the evening was absolutely perfect! I was suitably impressed with the service, the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff and would highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in Pinedale. You do need to be aware of their schedule as they are closed early in the week.

Went here on our last day in Pinedale. They were having a soft opening and it was pretty packed, so we knew we had made a good choice! The staff were very friendly and attentive. They have domestic beers for $1 during Happy Hour (4:30-6) and the food was absolutely amazing! If you are around the area I would highly recommend making your way here!
