Will never enter those doors again. Entered and stood there for 5 minutes waiting on someone to come take our order. Finally had to scream out to get someone’s attention. When we got our food, the toast was burnt and the fries had a bad taste. It was extremely hot inside. We tried giving a second chance and ordered 3 small plain ice cream cones. After paying, I stood there waiting while they continued with cars in drive thru. I stood there for 10 minutes with noone coming to me to say the ice cream machine was having issues. I walked around side to be seen to ask for refund and had to wait for that to. Inside was filthy and had lots of flies, floor very sticky. Disgusting place.

Usually try to find something positive to say in my reviews and about the only positive thing I can say was the ice cream and the fries were great the burger was pretty good but it was extremely hot the floor was crazy the service was slow but the young boy who waited on us was extremely friendly and nice and did everything he could to be accommodating as he could I have no problem with the actual staff itself but there was flies everywhere it was already hot in there to begin with but I didn’t want my 5-year-old to be eating a chili dog in my car or ice cream so we set inside

I went straight to the restroom when I went inside. Due to the restroom’s condition I couldn’t dare order any food or ice cream. This was worse than any run down gas station bathroom I have been in, and I have been in a lot. Sinks were filled with water. Toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the 80’s. Trash all over. The worst part was the flies. Flies all over the sticky floor. The whole place was filthy. Corporate, tear this place down. It is a serious risk to the public’s health.

This was the worst dairy queen that I have ever been to. I went inside to place my order and wasn’t allowed to use the restroom. Also, my food that I ordered was wrong. I had to go back and get a refund. The staff’s attitude was very nonchalant. I will never visit this establishment again!!!

Supposed to be a Georgia mud fudge blizzard. Very very light on the chocolate, no brownie, a drizzle of fudge, and peanuts instead of pecan. Tried to explain to the young lady at the window that he should not have vanilla ice cream showing at the top but she wanted to argue. Drove off when I should not have. It was melted when I got it. Nasty!
