Beautiful Eatz
Super happy there’s another Mexican food truck in the Edmond area right next to the now-closed “Ninja sushi restaurant.” I would suggest that you always call the number first to see if the truck is open. Some days there available, some days they are closed weather affects this. They also sell breakfast items which is a plus. The only thing CON about the truck is they do not have the prices located on their menu or the website, so before placing an order, ask how much for each menu item.

It was almost time they closed for the day and the tacos were still excellent the wooden covered picnic tables gave enough shade to be pleasant while waiting for the food to be prepped.

This is the best Mexican food that I have had in a very long time. The flavors are so good. The service is great and you definitely get your money’s worth. The truck I went to was located at Seward Road and Highway 77 in Guthrie. Try it out. You will not be disappointed!!!
