I saw a quote somewhere…”The world is short staffed. Please be kind to those who actually show up.” There were 2 people working when we came in yesterday. They were working, doing their job just as they should, and so many customers that came in were upset about the wait time. I swear no one can wait longer than 2 minutes these days without throwing a fit! Go home and make Easy Mac if that’s the case! Oh wait…that’s 3 minutes, whoops.

This location just recently opened, and staff was friendly, but are still learning. We ordered 2 mod salads & 2 mod pizzas. The salads were very small; I asked for more greens..it was still hardly filled. The toppings were also very minimal. The pizzas were cooked well, though. Overall, the location has potential as staff gets more comfortable/familiar.

Ordered online, with specific instructions to make it half a cheese pizza. When I went inside to pick up I also stood at the register to get a drink, but no one acknowledged me, so I left. Only when I was in the car did I realize that the pizza wasn’t half a maddy. Didn’t wanna go back in cause I knew how long the wait would be. I really expected better.

We have eaten at several mod pizza’s and this one is absolutely the worst. We ordered with the app and when I arrived to pick up the pizzas there were 3 out of the 4 pizzas were done and sitting on the counter and 15 plus minutes later the 4th pizza was finally ready, I took the pizzas and headed back home only to find 3 soggy pizzas and one of the pizzas was burnt to the point of not even being edible.

This is my first visit to a MOD Pizza. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly. The establishment was clean with no debris at the entrance. The pizza was REALLY good. Glad I visited!

I happened to stop by here on the 4th of July, the staff working (2) were really nice and helpful. I was actually surprised to see that they were open and actually disappointed to see that the company would rather make money then have their staff home with their family on such a big day.. Kinda left with a feeling the owners are a little selfish to make a buck rather then care about their staff. Foods always great and so is the customer service. I hope he gave them a bonus for hanging out until closing. He could have closed early at least.

2 stars for the food – I have been to many MOD pizzas around the country and I have never been to one this conservative with toppings. Maybe it’s because they are still a new location but it was rough. Crust was cooked to perfection but everything else (food wise) was a disappointment. NOTE: I decided to visit the Kennewick location the next day to see if all of the Tri-Cities locations were like this one in regards to toppings – not at all! The pizza from the Kennewick location was overflowing with toppings. Would recommend going there instead.
