Came here for brunch on a Sunday. Place is very clean. Polite staff. This is not a usual diner, the menu options are different and interesting. Our food came freshly prepared, nicely presented, good portions and tasty.

I used to order from this place a lot, and 4/5 times the coleslaw that came with the sandwiches was rancid. I ignored this because the rest of the food was good, but the last time I ordered they gave me a raw burger. The other person I ordered with also got incredibly sick. I had to stop ordering from here, which is a shame because the owner and workers seem very nice, but they clearly have an unacceptable problem in the kitchen. For $18, I expect a cooked burger and coleslaw that hasn’t gone bad.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday around 1pm and didn’t have to wait. I ordered the shakshuka and it was pretty good. If you’re ordering from the brunch menu it comes with a juice and a coffee/tea. The fruit bowl that came with it was pretty good too. All the fruits were really sweet and juicy.

Delicious waffle, eggs and the green omelette sandwich! The coffee was phenomenal, apparently For Five coffee, nice and local! The waitress was very sweet and the owner was also very attentive. We went early on a Friday and had a great time. Thank you very much! We will definitely be going again!

We are in the area again so back to Parkway Diner for breakfast. Ordered the parkway breakfast and it was so delicious. What I love about them also is they are flexible. If you are not a fan of potatoes, you can ask for greens instead. We experienced same excellent service from owner and server.

I would have definitely walked by the place and missed a great meal if I hadn’t seen pictures of the food here. I got lured in and am so glad because as promised the food was gorgeous to look at and yummy to eat. Had a Greek breakfast I’d never tried before and I’m definitely going back!

super friendly, attentive and nice staff. they also gave us complimentary mimosas! my bf and i tried the southern skillet, eggs benedict, and nutella pancakes. the food was so delicious and reasonably priced. you will not be disappointed when if you come try the food here! i will definitely be returning again and trying other options!!

Me and my wife went on a random Saturday morning at around 8am to have breakfast before a meeting at 9am. We were the first and only customers at that time, but the employee seemed a little peeved about it from the start. That’s the vibe I got. We sat ourselves at a table for good 5-10 minutes before being told that the cook is not coming for another 20 minutes. We were the ONLY ones in the place, they saw us sitting there, and they wait to tell us the cook is not even there yet. So we walked out.

I was driving into Burlington with my boyfriend and cousin when we were hungry for a large breakfast. Thanks to yelp, I came across this gem that I would surely revisit if I was in the area again. Parkway Diner is definitely a traditional diner, historical from what I read off the history included on the menu! The service was immediate and very friendly. They only use locally sourced products from within the area which I really appreciated them posting up on their walls directly which farms they source from. Their daily specials sounded wildly delicious and I’m sure they change frequently.
