This is supposed to be a chicken Caesar wrap. Called customer service, and felt like I wasn’t even talking to a customer service rep, they didn’t care to help. Calling the store the manager apologized and offered a refund, but I would’ve had to drive back. I took that little 5 dollar lost. It seems like most of the employees didn’t care to work, if that’s the case why work there? After a long day of work no one should deal with attitude or terrible customer service from a company like pollo tropical. It was a simple wrap, I can’t imagine them doing a family order

Worst customer service ever. It seems like all the employees are in training and there were employees handling the chicken without wearing gloves. They didn’t start making my order until I came up to the counter asking where my food was and they still forgot items that I ordered. Worst Pollo out there by far. Worth it to drive to the others

Excellent customer service- Julio the Assistant manager or manager is amazing. Long story short, I placed an online order and went to pick up my order, it was about 7:30 pm. I asked for my order, none had it. I realized i had paid and placed the Order on the Pollo Tropical at 137 avenue, near the office depot, West Kendall, about 40 minutes drive. So the manager was so nice to honor my purchase and gave it to me for free. I tried to call the 137 Pollo Tropical to explain but none one answered the phone. This guy went far and beyond to assist me, I was tired coming from work and he did something great for me. They made the order for me, and it was hot and fresh. Honestly, Julio was a true example of customer service, and left with a smile and not with a bad taste. The Other Pollo tropical did not even bother to call, so I hope they read this and give the money to this branch. Julio did amazing, and should be rewarded and promoted and has the skills to do much more.

What is going on with all of the Pollo Tropicals of Miami. Back 2005 I tasted your food chicken was juicy NOT BURNED, your meats amazing NOT TINY SIZE, the new fish Corvina, it meadured 3 inch by 2 inches you should take down that picture of the “corvina” it’s too big and you charged me almist $10. Elsewhere, I can get better food for the price and taste. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES POSTED HERE OR ON ALL OF THE POLLO TROPICAL PLACES! GO TO A SPANISH RESTAURANT WHERE THEY SERVE NOT BURNED CHICKEN AND A REAL SERVING SIZE IF RICE. THE BLACK BEANS ARE REALLY THE ONLY THING THAT IS GOOD TO ORDER
