Oh my goodness, it’s absolutely horrifying! I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, and the food is ice-cold with a texture as hard as a rock. There’s not even any chicken in the chicken sandwich, it’s all just powder. You guys really need to step up your game and improve the quality of your food.

As usual they did not have my pot pie’s ready. Pre ordered it 1 hr and 15 minutes before scheduled pickup. And they did not have any ready. Manager told me they are popular and I said we’ll mine was pre-ordered so why did you sell mine to somebody else. All she could say do you want cancel your order?

I waited 40 minutes for my order to find out it was the incorrect order! I asked for hot sauce, spoons, and forks but received none. I order Mac n cheese and received Cole slaw instead! I order legs and thighs but received a mix pack. Very disappointing with the quality and the service. I highly recommend people to avoid this KFC at all cost. If you don’t believe me please try for yourself.

This location is consistently the worst operating fast food place I’ve ever experienced. Don’t even bother trying to come to this place after 6pm because the night crew refuses to make anymore food after that time and starts cleaning out the fryers hours before the place even closes. I don’t know whether the manager is off after a certain time or is complacent but it’s ridiculous.
