I ordered a pizza yesterday and when it was delivered I opened the box and it looked horrible. Even took a pic. Then went ahead and made a insurance complaint that was totally ignored. Great managent you guys have there. Glad your driver’s are happy to drop peoples pizzas and then still delivery them with no problem. Where did peoples integrity go?

I have never ordered carryout and cannot speak on that experience. But the delivery is AMAZING!! always fast and professional. The pizza tracker works like a charm. Domino’s is making a great impression with that free 2 topping medium pizza offer. We get it so often my family gets excited whenever we get a notification from you guys! Ps please keep them coming. Not sure why I got this in the mail. After i just finished a free medium 2 topping pizza But I will take free Domino’s anything anytime! Super duper thank you to all the staff!

Driver by name of carson came and deliver our pizza and begged me for a tip and demanded I give him a tip. I was gonna tip 20 dollars but instead gave him 3 dollars. I get it man being a delivery driver is rough and tips help. But customer service goes a long way to earn tips. I hope to God I’m not the only customer he does this too. Your are a direct reflection of dominos.

I love their food, but its not a good place to work, especially the one in Caldwell, Idaho off of 10th. The manager kelsey, is a very judgmental person. Her and some of her employees judged me with the medical conditions I have. As soon as I mentioned it, one of her employees thought it would be funny if I had a seizure. Kelsey and ger employees giggled about it. There was one nice person there. I’m not going to say the name, but he came to me and told me how she would talk very horribly about me, when I wasn’t there. What a terrible manager she is.

Placed my order at 7pm. Was supposed to meet the driver at a hotspot at 7:40pm. Tracker still said prep. I contacted the store and was told their whole system is down and that all orders were transferred to another Caldwell store. When I got ahold of that store guess what! My order was no where to be found! Of course though I had already gotten charged. So here we are no pizza and a $50 charge I’m waiting to get refunded. This dominos is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service.

Nothing short of terrible. You cannot actually reach the store on the phone for pickup orders. Instead, calls are now routed to an overseas call center. When I arrived to pick up my order, they told me they didn’t have it. Turns out my order was sent to the other location, despite specifying several times which location I wanted. The kid behind the counter was not helpful either.

Generally pretty good! All the drivers I’ve interacted with are really fast and courteous. Very rarely do the cooks or drivers mess up orders but when they do, they’re really quick to fix. You just gotta be nice and don’t be a Karen.
