I hate giving bad reviews. But something needs to be done about this location. I understand now why all other breakfast location were wrapped around the building. And no one in line at this location. Between the shortness with customers and the smashed sandwiches. I would not recommend this location until the managers get a grip on their store. Honestly I give this location a chance every so often. And they always disappoint.

This is really a 0 star rating . I went through the drive thru on Saturday morning to place my order before heading to work. I’ve never had a good experience at this particular location but I had coupons and I had used one the day before with no issue so why not. Well Saturday morning I had the unfortunate pleasure of having Dontae at the window. We were placing our order and when we it came to our drinks we asked could we get coke’s. Immediately Dontae has a tone to his voice NO YOU CANT switch out the drinks YOU HAVE A COUPON. I stated I had used a coupon the day before and oh my you could hear the lip smack now I get WELL I WON’T HERE YESTERDAY and also his manager is now also talking over him it’s a coupon it reads NO SUBSTITUTING. Well I’m sorry because like I said I had just substituted cokes for my drinks the day before because the coffee always tastes like it’s been sitting for two days. I don’t understand why so much lip smacking attitude over a Coke but hey I’m good. Chic Fil A and Dunkin will continue to be busy as long as you’re staff and management team continue to be rude over a Coke instead of coffee why don’t they just offer up charge because not everyone wants coffee . People don’t spend money where they don’t feel welcomed, Needless to say I drove off no need to start my day with someone else’s negative energy.

I crave a whopper with cheese every now and then so to Burger King we went. The first time we went inside and waited while 3 employees stood there and argued with each other, ignoring us and other customers. We left. A few weeks later we returned, this time in the drive thru. When we reached the pickup window the man at the window said “Here ya go” and tossed the bag thru my window. Never ever again will I return to a Burger King.

I am continuously asked to wait at the first window while no one else is in line. I’m unable to pull up to. The second window until my food is prepare ..this is so we aren’t waiting on the timer to manipulate their service number but in fact we been waiting in the line for the past 30mins

I ordered online on Google Maps. I chose delivery and wanted extra onions and cheese and extra patty on my Impossible Whopper. I called Burger King, saying they messed up my burger. She said that since I had it delivered, I need to contact the delivery company, Door Dash/Uber Eats. How is it the delivery at fault? They just picked up the food they didn’t make it. No extra cheese, onions, and patty on my burger.

Took 10 minutes to get to window to pay with only two cars ahead of me (1at intercom and 1 at window). When I paid, the young man told me to wait there with no one at food window, because “we have a timer.” When I drove to the window, one person was getting food and drinks for the drive-thru; the other was turned away on his phone. They will never find me there again.

So, we arrived at BK western branch approximately 6 pm. I ordered at the drive through. I arrived to the 1st window and was barely greeted as she took my card. She then returned my card and demanded that I wait at the 1st window until they were ready for me to pull forward, I assume this was to keep time at the 2nd window to a minimum and make their times appear better than they actually are. I was then directed to the second window where my food was passed out the window just as fast as they could with again no greeting of any kind. My wife and I then drove the 3 miles home asking each other what has happened to customer service or any kind of professionalism or pride in what you do. As we arrived home, we then realized that the order was 100% wrong. We then drove back to your store and went inasmuch we entered, we were greeted by what I can only assume was the manager asking if we got the wrong food. Yes was the answer. She had them drop new fries and, took the new hot fries and replaced the old cold fries in the bag with our old sandwiches and handed it to us with a smile. If anyone out there is wondering why restaurants are closing left and right, it’s because of customer service like this.

SUPER SALTY fries, BURNED impossible whopper and watered down soda I had to ask for reciept (they threw it away) BUT when I returned the food I was asked for the reciept… “ok its returned to your card” they didnt even give me a return receipt.
