The only reason I would order from here is because the location is close by. My biggest complaint about this is that there is no seating so you are always stuck with only take out orders. However the app that they have is pretty cool to use and you don’t even have to make any phone calls to them. You can order everything via your phone app for Pizza Hut. The people who work here are decently nice. The pizza is so so but I guess that is what Pizza Hut is becoming more and more like. The orders are always accurate and I have never had any issues with ordering. I’ve had chicken wings and breadsticks and of course many types of pizzas from this location. The barbecue chicken is my go to and it always tastes fresh and delicious. The pizza always comes out fresh and always hot.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Received the wrong pizza (topped with ingredients I cannot eat) 45 mins later. Called to fix the order. I was on hold for so long that I managed to drive to the restaurant. Once I got there, I asked for a refund and returned the incorrect pizzas. The employee said he wasn’t authorized to give a refund but someone who was authorized would be by in a couple hours. I called in a couple hours and that employee also said they were not authorized to give refunds and to try tomorrow morning. I drove over the next morning and the mysterious employee who can give refunds was still not present. After 4 attempts, I gave up. They essentially stole $40.00 from us and wasted hours of our time. Never again.

It’s just worst experience what I ever had with pizza sore. I ordered pizza for my guests, waited 45 minutes instead of 25 what they promised. Nothing happened. I called 5 times, nobody picked up the phone, I had to leave my store, because my guests, ( little girl and 15 more toddlers) were hungry and waited for pizza.

Ordered a celebration bundle and an extra side of marinara through the pizza hut app at 4:41 pm. I received a confirmation email and a tracking email. Was supposed to be delivered at 5:15 pm. Waited until 5:35pm to call the store to locate the delivery. The lady on the phone was polite and respectful, but I was informed there was no such order. Never had a bad experience here before. I don’t know if it was the app or their service, but this was a terrible experience. Thank God I chose to pay in cash.

Needs better customer service and answering the phone. Could not correct order to be delivery as originally selected. Somehow changed to pick-up and no way to contact restaurant to fix the issue. Also did not give any icing for cinnamon sticks after I had asked for confirmation that each sauce was in the box.
