To be honest I used to love kfc loved. Now I hate it is not like it used to… First I went to get me a bowl . That is supposed to be mash potatoes corn gravy sauce, and chicken nuggets with cheddar cheese. All I got was a bowl of mash potatoes cheese that really tasted bad to me a tsp of gravy, corn not fresh looks like two days old and burn hard like brick nugget and it tasted like it was old everything was terrible. I had to throw it out cause It tasted bad forreal .the chicken was hard I could not eat .I always go to this place particular at Irondequoit KFC but not no more. I rather go to Popeye…Done wasting my money with y’all KFC at Irondequoit .Y’all have new management or wath cause y’all change .. y’all stingy with the chicken too ain’t like y’all paying for it. And for the sake of other health make sure y’all drain the grease of the chicken before serving it .

6 employees working. Only one cashiering. 8 people either waiting to order, or to pick up orders. Si had to wait about 25 minutes just to order. One employee talking loud on her phone. Food not hot. Had to wait awhile for biscuits. One guy waited outside for some minutes, then came inside to retrieve his order. He still had to wait more minutes. Terrible.

The food was great. The staff seemed overworked. The bathroom was disgusting. The urinal would not flush. The sign says it is checked every 30 minutes and to inform someone if it’s needed attention. However, I am not convinced it would matter if I told anyone given the state of the bathroom. It should have been obvious for a while that the bathroom needed a lot of attention.

This food gave me explosive diarrhea. I ate half of a chicken Sandwhich. Come to find out KFC is known to have poor sanitation conditions and outbreaks of salmonella, often. I would not trust any food here.
