I always love finding breakfast places when I travel. I’m fat and love a good biscuits and gravy . Found this place and it did not disappoint. Ordered the lumberjack scramble and it was just as filling as it was delicious . Place has the old cafe feel to it like when grandma and dad would take me out for brunch on Sundays. The server was super sweet and friendly. I’d make the stop again for sure

The Cherry Valley Cafe is a great place to have a meal. Our server, Tammy, was attentive and friendly. The vegetable soup was hot and filling, I had to box up most of my meal, steak and shrimp. It was enough for 2 the next day. I rarely give 5 stars, 4 stars in really good in my opinion. Not many customers on Saturday evening but we will definitely be back!

Phenomenal service! I’ve been going here for over a decade. Friendly atmosphere, clean space, great food, and fun crowd. The best cafe in the greater Rockford area!

Good breakfast spot. Older server is hustling, not much help. I like the atmosphere and the menu is easy to read. The portions are on the small side (don’t expect to get too fat). Some of the specials like 3 cinnamon french toasts don’t come with any sides, so be prepared. Coffee is good and re-filled regularly.

Got the chopped steak with onions, mashed potatoes, and gravy and green beans. Was good. They didn’t have the daily specials listed in the menu pics, disappointing.

Family friendly cafe. Large portions of tender chicken strips, crispy fries and huge Texas burger with onion rings. Friendly, attentive waitress.

Been going here off and on for years! Used to be a good place! I’ve had spaghetti many times but today it was like heated up for the 20th time! Waitress said noodles are always cooked fresh! BS! My husband’s sausage was like the cheapest links you can buy! My in laws shared a skillet and they didn’t have any good things to say about it!

Waitress with extra special care. When she realized we were paddlers she announced when the rain stopped. Awesome! Great breakfast food!

Good food, I had the turkey club sandwich for lunch today. I usually have their breakfast, which are very good. For some reason the pop tasted off today, figured the CO2 was low.
