I used to be a regular at this store. The last 2 pizzas that I have gotten were order ahead and both looked and tasted like they had been reheated as they were wrinkly and old tasting. On august 19th I decided to try one more time by going inside to order, however, no one would come to the counter to wait on us even though we could hear them talking in the back. I even yelled HELLO and still no response so I left and will not return again. This is sad because this used to be a good store.

Walked in store . No one came to the front for five minutes. Opened kitchen door yelling. No answer back. Finally a young man came out and said they left me here alone there are out back smoking. They finally showed up. I ordered 2 thin crust pepperoni that are suppose to be hot and ready until 8 pm. Here it is 730 and had to wait for them to make them..I will not be back. Kitchen was filthy. Help not enthusiastic.

Cheddar pizza crust used to be great. Looked forward every time. Now too salty, bland cheese flavor (not cooked enough), and never came automatically with pepperoni making it even more salty. So disappointed. I used to call corporate to make this permanent item & sell frozen to supermarkets. always sold out. I was Bragging to everyone how great it was, only to be embarrassed. Never again!

Just went in and ordered bread sticks and they gave me warm dough . Called in and was told to bring them back for a new order . I’m not too confident that they can successfully put dough in a microwave oven for me tonight so I’m gonna pass on that .who wants to order pizza and bread sticks only to regret your decision in going to Little Caesars in the first place .

Ordered 2 crazy breads and an Italian cheese bread like I normally do. Italian cheese bread was awesome. Crazy bread was horrible over cooked and dried out. Which is odd every other time it’s always been great.

Good for the price. Order fresh otherwise you get their fast and ready which has been in the warmer for god knows how long. Wings are definitely the smallest of the chain pizza restaurants.

This is the absolute worst little Caesars pizza I have ever had. The crazy bread was overbaked and hard. I called in and requested it to be light ,not brown and when I picked up they acted like they had no idea and irritated that I bothered them. The pizza was dry, the crust looked like cardboard. It reminded me of bread that had ben thawed and refrozen. I am VERY disappointed! They used to have pretty decent pizza for the money but this worse than any frozen pizza I could have bought.

Last week when my husband went on Thursday , service was quick, pizza was not cooked had to put in oven for 15 minutes to finish when he got home ..apparantly someone not doing what they should be..( Zephyrhills Caesars , also did not give us correct order) think training is in order there..very disappointed, week before it was ok??

They made me wait and then gave me then gave me the wrong pizzas that I didn’t free supreme one meat when I ordered to meat once in a pepperoni and I didn’t get either the meat for the pepperoni I ended up with nothing but supreme I am so sorry about the one in Zephyrhills needs people in there needs help they don’t know what they’re doing when there is a lot of people in there I don’t think I would be returning here and by the way your pizza wonderful and I would go there thank you for listening
