Never open at normal hours or even the posted hours. Bad service all of the way around. It’s unfortunate but this is one of the worst options on C in the airport due to these facts. Posted hours are 10-5. Lucky if they are open by noon and closed by 4.

The store could have been a little cleaner but it was a very busy Friday in the biggest airport in the world, so I understand. Sub was delicious. They were not stingy on the toppings and the staff was handing in there trying to be patient with the long line of hungry and impatient travelers. Subs are not my favorite food, but this one was good. Fair price.

Seriously a bummer – not only do they close at 5 PM, but they close earlier than that. I got here a few minutes before 5:00 hoping to get food and the entire place was shut down. At 4:56 the employee told me that they closed at 5. If you’re going to close soooo early, at least stay open until your closing time!

Excellent customer service. Happy employees an airport is difficult to find so a much welcomed sight. Work through sandwhichs quick even though a pretty decent line. Sandwhich is what you would expect from any other Jersey Mike’s location.
