What in God’s name is on this bun!!!!! I asked for a hot fish sandwich and hot fries, I think all they did was put it in a microwave. Not sure WTH they did with the bun. Deanna keddy I hope you see what your staff is doing. I wasted $10 here. I don’t have money to throw away. Maybe they do. They should care more about people. I was there today at 11:19am. I would go back there but I’m working and I live in Houston. Don’t have time or gas.

I’ve tried to give this place a try 3 times and each time they’ve disappointed me the first time I placed an online order for a Steak McGriddle and I received a bagel, the bagel had the onion skin on it which isn’t edible. The second time I ordered, I again placed an online order and wanted strawberry jam but forgot to put it in the order so I asked for it at the window and the worker scolded me for not putting it in the online order. The final time I went I ordered the Oreo frappe and asked for no whipped cream well of course there was whipped cream and there was barely any Oreos in it. I will not be returning

Went on 7/11/23 there has been a very long wait of trying to make sure someone was at the register to take our order, didn’t feel like using the kiosk machine. Food wasn’t that great, chicken nuggets were on the hard side. While trying to find a table to sit at there were little flies flying around and constantly using my hand to swat them away. I will not be returning to this franchise place.

We found McDonald’s in Simsbury to be a very welcoming place. We went with a relative who is in a wheelchair. We were allowed to park in front and found the restaurant to be very handicapped accessible. Everyone was super nice, including the man who told us to park in front and the nice woman who mopped up our spilled coffee. We dined in and were very impressed with all the employees. Thanks for going out of your way to help a family!

They get something wrong or forget a food item literally every time I go here. Learned that I have to be that obnoxious customer who holds up the line looking through my bag before I leave the window otherwise I have to wait in the long line while the rest of the food gets cold in order to get the mistake corrected. I don’t go here much anymore.
