The wait for a burger and frosty was about 10 minutes with only 1 car ahead. The Dave’s single had bacon which is not standard. The receiver likes bacon, so we didn’t send it back. The burger tasted good and was still warm. The strawberry frosty did not taste as delicious as the many online reviews stated. It was an odd taste.

Minutes before 3 pm today I ordered thru drive thru. The cashier yelled shut up and asked me to repeat my order. I paid at window, was handed my frosty and heard her say, ” someone better make this burger. Waited 7 minutes for a burger. Off to work…bottom bun so dry that it fell apart onto my work clothes. The Wendy’s franchise needs to be more careful as to who they hire and supervise.

Always great at Wendy’s. Only fast food that I eat. The selection is great. Especially, if you are dieting. They will change a sandwich and put it in a container without the bun. The backed potatoes are very good. Love the chili.

They’re so shorthanded here. Ordered two combo meals at the indoor kiosk and it took 12 minutes to prepare. Only a few cars in the drive thru and nobody else inside. They were training a new person, so I tried to stay polite and not discourage her.

Received 4 nuggets instead of my paid for 6. Literally every girl I encountered in the drive through was EXTREMELY rude. Customer service is a thing. If you can’t even talk to your customers with respect stay home. Hire new people. And actually open your store to the public not just the drive through. Drive though only is insane.

Every single time I’ve gone to this Wendy’s in the past month, they’ve been out of the Cobb salad. It’s the only thing that I eat from here, and they literally never have it, even though it’s a new menu item. At least five different times in the past month I’ve pulled through to be told that they don’t have the Cobb, then tonight I was told that they don’t have a single kind of salad at all. How is half your menu salads and you don’t have a single one? The only time that I was able to get a cobb salad from them was about two months ago, and the eggs were so mushy and gross and disgusting that I couldn’t even eat it. I wasn’t sure if it was rotten or something. The people who are working do not seem to care at all that they are constantly out of menu items . If I can give this Wendy’s zero stars I would, and I constantly tell people not to stop here and to go to the one on Sheldon instead.

This was the experience with Wendy’s that I have ever had. For one the girl repeated the order to us a couple times to make sure that she had it correct. She took 4ish minutes to even open the window to greet us. She then handed us our soda’s, one which was supposed to be a diet coke and the other was a regular coke. Proceeding to hand us both of the Soda’s, none of the buttons were pressed in and we asked her which was which. She told us that they were both diet, and asked if that was okay. We did ask her to give us the correct order, we kept one diet and she took the other back and gave us a “regular coke” but it was still a diet. She gave us the bag that contained our food, which was cold, not even warm. When we got back to work, that is when we realized that the “regular coke” was in fact still a diet and the order wasn’t even correct. We did add extras, that we did pay for, that we never received. We also did never receive a receipt for the order to make the necessary complaint to the restaurant or to corporate.

I was literally just there, waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. Drove 15 minutes back home. Once I opened the bag I realized they gave me a completely wrong order :'( I ordered plain burgers and these ones had literally everything on them and I’m missing more than half my order. Whyyyyy? :'( Such a waste of money.
