Friends wanted to go here after dinner to sing and dance a bit. When you walk in the place feels a bit shabby and dated. It smelled like a public restroom when you first walked in. The dance floor is a little worn out, there were a few booths and the rest were like folding tables. When we first got there we were rushed to order drinks and such when half our party wasn’t even there yet. We ordered some wings and some low mien soup. It was pretty good. I gave it low stars mainly because the service was so bad. Also on our way out we were chased by one workers saying we owed money from a table that wasn’t even part of ours. Normally you would ask if that table was part of your group not just assume! We knew the people, but did not plan on meeting them there it was a coincidental meeting. We never ordered for them or anything either which is why it was more offensive how she came out chasing us saying we didn’t pay. She then proceeded to speak in a rude tone and started to raise her voice a little so we just ended up paying the tab that wasn’t ours because we knew them and we don’t even know if they really had a second round because she was claiming they ordered a second round when there was only one bucket on their table. How we know we weren’t with them right? The whole situation was just shady and off. Probably won’t be back.

This is a pretty cool Filipino and karaoke style restaurant. This reminds me of a typical Manila style vibe restaurant and food portions that was pretty good. The service and servers were great and loved that they sang karaoke while they worked. We came when it was not too busy and the kids enjoyed the free entertainment. I just wished the sisig was more sizzling and egg over it.

We like the food, so who ever is the cook, great job, even if you are the owner! But service can be much much better, unfortunately. Also one thing I have noticed, which did not only happen once but a few times when we visit, is that they always somehow get an order or two wrong!! Almost like it was planned to see if you’ll accept the dish or return it. Because I know its not dejavu. AND ALWAYS REVIEW THE RECEIPT.

Great vibe and great music. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Great spot to go with friends for food, drinks, and dancing. There is no cover charge at the door, it’s very low key.

Got a recommendation from a friend about Cafe Moda. Decided to drop by and try them out, and wasn’t disappointed. We were seated quickly and the food came out quickly! The pepper wings were along with the curry chicken and lumpia. I have to say I had a great time here

Extremely overpriced . Most expensive place I’ve been in . A water is like 7 dollars . Also a strange dichotomy of Filipino and American karaoke . Oh and you can go there wanting to sing and they don’t even do karaoke because it’s a dance club for half the night on weekends . Snobby elitist owners and their spoiled21 year old son who hassles people to spend money while he is leaning against his Mercedes . The food is overpriced and not good . Maybe I’m not a fan of Filipino food since it was ny first time but I did not enjoy it I was charged 45 $ fir dinner . It was so bad I didn’t even ask fir a to go box . Why is it called cafe moda ? It’s not a cafe it’s a bar . Albeit not a good one . If I’m Filipino this is a great place for me but as I am not I feel when you try to be a little of everything this is what happens

Best Filipino bar in town. Beautiful ladies and karaoke! Good food too! I recommend you try the fried rice.. Any kind. It’s good. The bartender is very good and responsive as well. I recommend to try this place. Sing and drink your heart out off the strip right by Chinatown.

Food is good. Service not the best but that’s because it’s always packed, loud and not enough help. Liked it better when the karaoke was extended and stopped at 10. Now it goes til 1130/12. Dj is good though. Our family always meets up there.
