Waiting 45 minutes for my food and I’m highly dissatisfied. I hardly got any fries and the signature sauce was not even on the little fries that I did have. I also didn’t get my roll. The wait wouldn’t have been such a problem if my food was correct. This definitely was not worth the money. The food is good but the customer service and wait time is ridiculous. Also there was only 1 employee and he looked extremely over worked unfortunately.

I’ve passed by this many times, but today Ithought I would try the 60 cent boneless wings (tenders? Whatever). They were great! Hot, crispy, and great sauce! The place is clearly geared for take-out, but I had a good meal there.

This place use to be great a year ago.. I’m not sure what happened but the pictures online completely misrepresent the food you actually receive. I ordered a large shrimp meal with a order of only wings. The only thing that was right was the sauce. The wings were battered and fried not necked like the photo. The tasted store bought like Tyson wings not fresh wings. The shrimp were tail less, baby or bite sized but it’s advertised as jumbo shrimp.. I didn’t even get 12 which was a large order amount. For reasons the put bbq sauce on your fries which makes them soggy.. smh. Yeah they just lost our business in the future.

I am 4 months pregnant .I am super upset because the food was awful . I requested my wings to be fried hard and that instead of the fries I receive an extra bread . My order was completely wrong of course . I didn’t trip much on the order being messed up . It was the soggy wings and the burnt fries . I am furious because I haven’t not been able to stop throwing up after consuming one wing . I only eat the skin and so me requesting it be fried hard was a huge necessity . I’m so traumatized because I waited for this meal all day . I called the store and she was so dismissing . Only apologized for my inconvenience. Only blamed the door dash driver do to the store system failure . I’m beyond frustrated, sick , and over all upset . I would’ve thought she was been moe understanding . She only said it was just her there working and she’s couldn’t do any thing about the soggy chicken or burned fries she served me . Ma’am you could’ve given me food poisoning and I’m pregnant . I’m sick as hell. I got a 10 piece btw and spend ruffly 19 dollars . Please work on the customer service and needed help in kitchen because this is really unacceptable .

Waited 45 minutes For my food, and there was only one worker. The wings were cold and you could tell they had been sitting for a long time and I only got a few fries and she forgot my roll as well as forgetting to cash me out even though I’m happy I did not end up paying. Terrible service i shoulda went back there and helped her if i knew she ain know what she was doing.

Absolutely amazing food, but the service really sucks a lot of the time. You order your food, come to pick it up and have to wait another 45min to an hour to get your food made. Then it gets made wrong and they give you attitude like they made it right when the order is written out clearly, like they don’t read the special instructions. Stuff gets missing out of your order if you don’t double check; last time we went, we were straight up missing our fries after waiting an hour for our pickup order. It’s like a fight to get your food. I’d love this place if they cared more about their service, but I almost feel like they don’t care at all as long as food walks out the door eventually. Wouldn’t they be mad if they had to wait 90 mins (after ordering, driving there, and waiting some more) for their food, have it made wrong, get attitude given when you mention it’s totally wrong, then completely miss items out of their order? The owner is really nice & cares about his orders, but I think when he isn’t there, there’s less care. I just don’t think people ever think about if they were in the same situation. Please do better. Your food is incredible, just please put more care into your customers.

I loved the loaded fries and the Carolina wings! Good cheesecake. If I had to critique anything it be the sweet and spicy bbq wings because it mostly just tasted like hot sauce wings but everything else was good and really great pricing! We got 20 wings, two sodas, small shrimps and a cheesecake for $35. Brings a lot! Would recommend!

Place is almost never open during scheduled hours, when they are open it seems they are always out of stuff. Most aggravating to waste my time and gas to go and find out they aren’t open. Feels like they are going out of business, online it says their licensing expired June 1, 2023. It appears they are operating in a grace period. They only have a couple good employees, the rest are so rude that people walk out left and right when they are open

Tried the Spicy Gold 5 piece chicken tenders with fries. It was my first time getting my fries coated with the sauce but it’s definitely not gonna be my last time, it was delicious!!! I could only eat three of the wings because they were so huge. Also tried the Honey BBQ tenders, they didn’t disappoint either. You definitely get your money’s worth here.
