Since we live fairly close, my family and I go here at least a few times a month, and hands down they definitely have the best Chinese food around!! no matter who works upfront the day you order, they will make sure you were happy with what you ordered. And they are always so kind to my kids. So, of course, that’s a huge plus in todays world!!!! ❤️

The food was good. I appreciated that it was made fresh while we waited and it tasted like original Chinese food that you would expect. The have many varieties of food and sodas to pick from. My biggest complaint were the prices– not that they were too expensive, but that they seemed to be made up! They had one price on the sign, another price on the specials menu, and we were charged a different price altogether.

Food is good and the prices are good! The combination platters have a lot so I always have lunch for the next day too. If you’re looking for a place to sit and eat, there are only 3 tables so I’d recommend take out. The place is clean as well as the restrooms. They do give you a time frame for take outs but sometimes it takes longer than the expected tinge frame.

The food is quite like the Chinese you would expect. And you never leave with an empty stomach. But we don’t eat there anymore because there was hair in all of our food… Then we saw a sign that said “Don’t miss out! go to the powow!” which we didn’t know that was translated to “indian meeting” . we got there and there was supposidly a human sacrifice and a lot of people dancing around a fire with people chanting with drums, we didnt know that we had to pay for the powow and the lady at the desk said,”if you have anymore money in your pockets, then the spirits will curse you”. so my sister said that we will not go in the ring of people dancing around a fire and we will only go around once. But Before i took out my glock, my sister after going 1/3 around the circle said to run out so we did, and then we realized that we messed up the powows parking so my sister was like’ take that powow! but the powow situation wasnt about the resteruant i guess…

It’s been a while since we last ate here. That was long before COVID. Our stopping had nothing to do with food quality. We found another Chinese restaurant that offered a buffet. Since COVID, buffets have been closed and everything is takeout. So we thought we’d give the Golden Dragon another try. We’ve gone twice and both times the food has been hot, fresh and delicious. And you get a lot of food. You have two options in size. A pint and a quart. We got the quart size and got three meals out of them. But that depends on how much you eat. I’m a pretty good eater although not as much as when I was younger. The last time we tried their egg rolls and they are very good! Can’t wait for our next time. There are three tables in the restaurant, which is on the small side, and so far we haven’t seen anyone eating in. Can’t say why that is, but they are busy with take out orders.

(edit) I had a 5 star review for this place many years ago, and I am sad to say that I got food from here tonight and am immensely disappointed. It is clear they batch make all the food here. Soggy general tsos and old tasting oil. Such a shame from a once great Chinese place.
