Went to pizza hut with my mom who is handicapped and in a wheel chair and we couldn’t get her in the store did to snow. None had bothered to clear the walk and when I ask where the ramp was they told me they had no idea! Sick a let down when I already had my mom in her wheel chair at 16° outside.

They are constantly getting my order correct, and I order a few times a week! Wether it’s the manager or one of the team members you are all so kind and look like you’re working hard. I love coming to this location I always go inside to pick it up and it’s ready right on time and someone is there to help me. Absolutely the worst customer service, cashier messed up my change and didn’t know how to use a calculator, and then waited 10 minutes to give me an already ready pizza. And then messed up my pizza which I can’t even eat now. Absolutely never coming here again.

Awful service, awful pizza. I don’t know how many times I’ve ordered from here and I live at the apartments across the street literally, and I’ve never had a good delivery. My pizza is always UNDERCOOKED and SOGGY. Not mention cold when it gets here. This is why nobody orders Pizza Hut at this quality when dominos is down the street for a better price. Save your time.
