As soon as I walk in the door im greeted with what can I get for you, no hello nothing, haven’t even had time to look at the menu, and the lady was extremely impatient , she was just sitting there at the counter not standing, sitting, with no customers and still rushed me. Than when served my food after 15 mins ( I don’t care about the wait as long as it’s fresh) they call my number, see me get up, and she ignores my request for hot sauce and another team member had to come up 2/3 mins later to fulfill my sauce desires.

This is a KFC/Taco Bell combo. We visited at 1130am on a Saturday. There is NO way that the bathroom got that disgusting since they opened. My girlfriend said the women’s bathroom was out of TP. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich, and they didn’t tell me they were out of pickles until I took my sandwich up to them to tell them that they forgot them. I would have ordered differently. Then when we went to throw our trash away, the trashcan was overflowing and there were items on the floor. Not a great experience. Thinking about calling corporate.

Honestly the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, customer service was great, my grilled steak burrito was surprisingly really good, drive thru was quick I was in line for maybe 2 minutes. The guy at the window was very friendly, Definitely suggest this place if you’re looking for a quick late night bite. 100% will be returning.

I never give one star, but I won’t go here again. I had a hankering for some tacos and wanted them quick. The young lady at the counter didn’t know how to take an order or use the machine. They couldn’t sort out how to run my card. Once I got my order, most of the tacos were missing ingredients. I ate them anyway because I was hungry and didn’t want to go through the process again. Restaurant was dirty and the trash looked like it hadn’t been emptied in quite some time. Surprising with about 9 employees standing around. Won’t go back.

Went thru the drive thru with a small order. Got home, and it was completely wrong. Drove back to get it corrected. Checked the order in the car and they had shorted me 1 item. Went back in to get the missing item. As the line crew were replacing the missing item they were openly making jokes toward me.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, I don’t expect five star service or filet steak, but my burrito was half the size it usually is, my supreme taco was a regular taco, and my wife quesadilla had chipotle sauce on it for some reason, and this is just the first time I’ve complained about the inconsistency at this restaurant. I have been and will be a Taco Bell lover for life but this one in PV has been the worst one by far since we moved here two years ago, I regularly go to Ashland city to be sure we actually get what we order.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We went inside where there was absolutely nobody for customers. Placed a basic order consisting of 2 chicken quesadillas, 1 burrito, and 2 mac and chs. We watched 3 customers come in after us amd got their food first, 1 couple finished eating theirs before we even got ours. Then we get it and find the quesadillas burnt and barely anything in them. I think they burnt the chicken and chs right out of it. They weren’t short staffed and there was no line in the drive thru so not sure what the issue is here. Won’t be stopping there again for tacos or KFC.

Wanted something quick so we stopped…..all taco shells broken, food just thrown in a bag. Got the new chickens nuggets, they were cold and the biscuit was hard as a rock. Wont stop here again

This was the grossest TB I’ve ever been in. The bathroom was disgusting,the only tp was on the floor in a pool of water, there was no soap. The food was awful and burned tasting. My sons crunchy taco was soggy and wet. The tortillas were stale. The cheese and beans tasted burnt. Skip this place and go somewhere else.
