During my recent visit to Taco Bell for a Taco Party Pack, I gotta say, the box they gave me was a total disaster. It was all flimsy at the bottom and looked like it was put together in a rush. And you won’t believe what happened next – as soon as I stepped out of the car, that thing just ripped open, spilling everything all over the street. I had to scramble to pick it all up without any bag or anything. Now my car seats are a mess!

We picked up order from this location. But ember/amber calling herself manager has the worst customer service. She’s rude and don’t care about customer. We went drive thru since we had kids with us. She messed up order and refused to fix it. After arguing for 5-10 mins she took the bag away. And asked us to get out of drive thru line and come to the lobby. I asked her can you fix it and please bring it out to the curbside. She refused and threw fist about it. And said we don’t bring food to the car. We asked her just refund my money. And she refused to refund my money and asked me to come in lobby to get my refund. This is insane. This was the worse experience ever. I have no clue what authority she has at this location but this is unbelievable. I have worked fast food industry before but this behavior is nowhere tolerated.

Food is normal Taco Bell. Atmosphere is normal Taco. But the service here stands out. Best service I’ve had from any Taco Bell. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. So far they have never messed up an order. And I have been there a BUNCH of times.

Terrible service and food was not edible. Waited 30 minutes inside after ordering only to recieve cold literally thrown together food. The filing was basically slopped on it and all over the outside of the tortilla. The hard tacos were so cold, sloppy and soggy they couldn’t be picked up without falling apart like a torn trash bag. Ordered no tomatoes and recieved tomatoes. Missing part of the order. The “manager” moves to slow for fast food and actually took a personal phone call on her cell while customers waited for food and other employees stood around aimlessly. Never will I waste my time or money on this location. Sad, customer service isn’t a thing to these places anymore. Ridiculous. Regional manager or owner of this location needs to actually look at these reviews and do something about the horrid management.

Ordered food from the app to be picked up inside, there wasn’t a lot of people there when we got there and like 1 car in the drive thru. My husband was waiting inside and I was in the car with our kids, we waited over 30 minutes before I went inside the store to see if it would be a lot longer cause my kids were starting to get upset. The 4 or 5 employees inside were arguing with customers inside and standing around not really working on any orders. I said if it was going to be a lot longer that I just needed a refund so I could leave because my kids were upset. The employees were extremely rude and wouldn’t help me figure out how to cancel my order and they were literally laughing at customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Need to hire more people that are actually trained in customer service.

8/12/23: Around 11:30pm, I went through the drive thru and placed my order. When I got to the window, Jason was very friendly and took care of me. My order was accurate and I appreciate how quickly my order was prepared.

The food is good!! The customer service was horrible!! The lady who works there name AMBER has no customer service skills at all or respect for the customers. My wife and kids loved so much the food but because of the disrespect of amber I am thinking of not buying from Taco Bell ever again.

My wife loves their crunchy Taco Supreme combo. On 6/8/2023 I picked up orders for her and a yard worker. My wife remarked they must have changed recipes because her tacos tasted different from many, many previous orders. After eating 2 tacos she asked me to taste her 3rd taco. It was RANCID! I couldn’t tell whether it was coming from the shell or its contents but definitely rancid. This resulted in my wife and worker suffering from gastric issues onset within hours of eating and lasting for 2 days. Fortunately, neither required a visit to the doctor.

Ordered ahead and ended up being told to wait at the order speaker with no given reason for 10-15 minutes while they rich made our order to keep their window time down and forgot items in our order. None of the food was wrapped properly in both the tortillas and the wrappers. There was no one else in line when we arrived so I assume they did not pay attention to their mobile orders and tried covering their butts.

AMBER at this location is exceptionally kind, friendly, and demonstrates the true meaning of customer service! I am an overnight Doordasher and have had multiple exchanges with her. I cannot remember the last time I met such an enthusiastic person during my late night work hours! If you visit this location late at night, you will not be disappointed!
