They got palm trees and sunset portraits everywhere but this has got to be the most miserable Habit location I’ve ever been too, it’s the like the workers get mad that you come in to order food. The guy who took my order named Julio was rude from the beginning. I asked for cheese on my fries which I always get at every Habit location including this one but Julio said that he couldn’t do it, how hard is it to put a slice of cheese on fries? Did Habit have a national board meeting and announced that no cheese on the fries are allowed? The I went back to ask for ranch and gave me attitude for asking for ranch, like the ranch is gonna come out of their paycheck. District needs to have a visit at this location because it’s is not up to Walnut Creek’s standard and I’m not even from the city. Joke of a staff at this location.

We are regulars and always get the portabella char burger which used to be a good size and value. However, lately we are finding that the burger patty has shrunk so much that you can’t taste the meat. There is also much less mushrooms in the burger.

Great burger. For the budget conscious get the double patty for $1.30 extra, cut it in half and you have two meals for about $11.00 which includes your drink and excellent fries. You folks should talk to PrimoHoagies about making your hamburger buns. The bun is fine, like all burger buns, Wonder Bread, so sorry Wonder Bread. The picture shows the bun highly compressed, it isn’t in reality but it was a long trip home and was in the refrigerator for a day or two.

Habit burger is a good burger at a good price. I’m never disappointed in the food. But this particular store on Geary Rd seems to be run by many inexperienced employees. In addition they also seem to receive an extra high number of app orders. I waited 20 minutes for a burger during my last visit.
