Worst service I have ever received. Ignored my order and gave me a pepperoni pizza on original dough. They also kept the $5.00 I paid for extra ingredients and tip. The Cashier and Cook knew this was not the pizza I ordered, but neither told me. I did not discover this until I got home. This was the Adairsville, GA, Pizza Hut.

Yesterday, March 11th 2023 2:37pm I found a huge clump of HAIR underneath my pizza. There’s no telling what else they’re doing to our food in there. And the clump of hair was too much to be an accident. I’d be more understanding if it was just a single strand, this had to be purposely done.

Made an online order that included 3 pizza’s. Got to the window and was told they were out of bacon. Asked what I wanted to substitute it for, I said pepperoni. Comes back to tell me that they tried to call me, although there are no missed, received or voicemail on my phone. Then says that they are out of pizza! Did they realize they were out of pizza when they went to put the bacon on a blank spot on the table? Said they called to say they are out of bacon but not pizza? This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve encountered at the restaurants here in town. Don’t even offer anything to fix it or make it right. This place is a joke

We ordered Alfredo pasta and a personal pan pizza… the pizza came not cut and way over cooked, the pasta was just noodles with mozzarella on top… how are they still open

Just called the number on line. The gentleman that answered said he’ll have to transfer me to the location to place my order. The VERY rude girl that answered told me they were closed. I told her what the gentleman said & before I could finish my sentence she was interrupting me talking over me saying that “they” know the store is closed. I tried to explain to her again what the gentleman said since she was trying to overtalk me before. Yet, once again, sounding uneducated & unprofessional she interrupted me saying “they know we’re closed, that’s what I pay the call canter for” When I called back, I was informed the store ate taking the orders because they are open.
