I had the roast beef sandwich, my mom had the pot roast special, and my stepdad had the tenderloin. It was all fantastic and the service was prompt and friendly. Lovely country cozy atmosphere. Very fair prices. Will be coming again. They don’t accept credit cards, but there is an atm inside.

As this place is almost always busy I knew it would be good. It didn’t disappoint. The staff was super friendly. I had the large tenderloin and fries. It was very good. My son had the chicken fried steak with hash browns and eggs. And he said it was very good. Very reasonable price. Will be back.

It’s one of those hole in the wall restaurants that you can easily forget about because you see it all the time, but whenever you go in you’re blown away by the cheap prices and the good food. Our waitress was very kind and laughed with us, the food was great! The specials are exactly that, special! Will be in again.

I ordered breakfast and my husband ordered lunch today. The waitress came quickly to take our drink order. She returned with my fresh made iced tea and ice water for Chris. I ordered frenchtoast, bacon and an egg. The food was sinfully delicious. I enjoyed the meal. Chris had tuna salad served on a lettuce leaf and tomato slice. Chris also had a side of homemade potato salad. He said it was excellent! If I could I would rate Cottage Cafe 100 stars!! Our meals came to $20 including a 20% tip. Excellent, tasty food with reasonable prices!!! COTTAGE CAFE has the best home-cooked food around. You will be glad to stop for some of their homemade desserts. Their pies and cakes are out of this world.
