New place for us to try. They’d been hit hard earlier in the day, so there wasn’t a huge assortment, but we were able to find something we liked from the remaining choices. I got smoked chicken wings with Carolina Gold BBQ sauce, and hubby’s was smoked sausage, so we were both happy. The wings were so big I told the owner they looked more like small legs instead of wings… massive!!! It was all I could do to finish 6. Also had the baked beans while hubby had Cole slaw and french fries. The owner added some fries to my order for me to try, as well. Everything was great – I couldn’t eat everything because there was just too much!! I’m sure most wouldn’t find that to be an issue!

This is a little hidden jem. The food was amazing and I love how it’s located off the beaten path. I had the ribs, wings, collard greens, and Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. Look I have read some of the bad reviews so I decided to go see for myself. The place hasn’t been open that long so give it a chance. I’m always for the little guy because the food is made in batches and not mass produced. It just tast better to me. I’m not rich I dine out for convenience so every dollar I spend means something to me. I will be back to try other things. Good luck Oh! maybe get some desserts on the menu is my only suggestion

Destination BBQ! Ace is smoking up everything you could ask for! We ordered and shared because we couldn’t decide. Everything was delicious – pulled pork, sausage, smoked ribs, with fries, mac & cheese, and smoked cabbage. The cabbage was so unique and was something I would definitely go back for on it’s own. Mac&Cheese was just the right amount of creamy & gooey-cheesy.

Cool place, veteran owned. Local artist has art on the wall you can buy. They do live music on Saturdays. Seems like a fun time. Kinda expensive for me, but I did get the good stuff.

Aces was absolutely delicious! Ace was so kind and allowed us to try different sauces (my new favorite being the strawberry bbq sauce)! The chicken was so tender it fell right off the bone. Me and my girls had a great experience here with the food and the service being above and beyond. Can’t wait to come come back

I did not know smoking aces barbecue existed until today. I got the rib dinner with two sides to go. I started driving … the smell of the ribs was awesome. I had to pull over to a gravel parking spot On the side of the road just to have one. It was AWESOME … food enough for two lunches! I will be back!!

Food was delicious and the cook was great, he made the BBQ ranch sauce fresh for us. The pulled chicken sandwich was amazing and so were the wings. The price was great compared to other places. Highly recommend a stop.

BBQ that’s worth the trip. Use your GPS and go there. You will not be disappointed. Tastiest ribs I’ve had in a long time. The collared greens were excellent. The owner/chef was very helpful with sauce suggestions, and let me tell you, he mops that stuff on. Full menu, if you know BBQ, you’ll love the place.
