Three stars only because it is closed a lot at random times (staffing issues?). Service and coffee are always good when I do get it from that location. In case you are not familiar with this one, it is inside a Circle K gas station, and it does have a drive thru.

I stopped going to this location. Terrible service. The staff was very rude. I sat in the drive thru for a long time. So I thought maybe I should go in. Big mistake. There are NO SIGNS stating it was drive thru only. The person behind the counter rudely said, “we are ONLY doing drive thru here!” I haven’t been back since. No reason to act that way. There are PLENTY of other locations that actually care about customers.

The woman that works in the mornings, cranky, rude, older woman with glasses needs to be fired. She does not acknowledge you when you are there to pick up an order. Then half an hour later she puts bags on the counter and is too put out to tell any of us which bag is for who.

Who in their right mind would ever think this burnt to the crisp bagel is eatable! The disrespect and hanger I feel. I can’t post temperature either but my hash browns are beyond frozen also! Y’all couldn’t make up your mind to over cook or undercook! Plus I don’t even have a straw to drink my damn iced coffee! All around fail! Back to Starbucks I go!

I have never been treated so poorly by mult staff. I ordered a sandwich. It was wrong. They said we make what’s on the ticket. I said but it’s incorrect, could I have the correct one. They chucked it in the trash and said it’s gonna be a while. We have all this to make. I walked away with nothing at that point. But paid for it. Wow. To have more than one speak to me like that, just terrible.

Jennifer took my order very rudely first off the rip. Then after 15 minutes in line I waited 8 minutes with my window down with no acknowledgement, so I rolled up the window just enough so I could hear when they talk to me because it is very cold out. She let me sit there for 10 minutes before she yelled “whenever you are ready”. She claims I was texting but I had a feeling she might be rude again so I was recording her on my phone. Will be sending in to corporate.

I ordered a hot decaf coffee with almond milk and I asked for extra almond milk because sometimes they don’t put enough in. They charged me $3.16 for the almond milk which was more than the cost of the coffee itself! Ridiculous and greedy pricing, you can buy a whole carton of Almond Milk at the store for that cost. The receipt said “4 almond milk” and apparently one almond milk is .79 cents. Not sure what that means, like one of those small almond milk pods you get from the gas station? I didn’t ask for “4” i just asked for extra almond milk so I had no idea I’d be paying .79 x 4 for “extra” almond milk. The girl taking my order didn’t bother to say “that will be an extra $3.16, is that okay?” Because then I would have at least had the choice as to whether or not I wanted to overpay for dairy free milk. I’ve paid less for a LATTE with almond milk at the other dunkins. Also, the coffee was not hot and she said it was because of the milk. I put plenty of milk in my coffee at home and it is still more hot than the coffee I received today. Not a very good experience and the manager is lacking customer service skills. Not to mention there is something wrong with their phone line, as I could barely understand her on the phone for some reason. I think I’m done going to this dunkin which is too bad because I’ve gone there for many years. Definitely go to Nervous dog if you are lactose-intolerant because they do not charge extra for almond milk for their regular drip coffee!

This was the 2nd time in 3 months that I had to wait over 30 minutes, for the server to wait on me. And the donuts seemed like the donuts were a day or two old!!! Last time I go there. They are made fresh every morning at North Hill Donuts. Poorly ran place at two times I was there!!

I enjoy dunkin very much almost everyday!! And the employees are usually great and nice but speed of service you can forget about!! I’m in food myself so I have a lil room to speak….but no sense of urgency what so ever. I understand with the way things have changed and people not wanting to work and being short staffed and all that but I don’t come and spend my money at dunkin to sit here for 10 min or longer and watch my gas watse away. I’ll drive 5 more min down the road to a different location…. very disappointed
