Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Every single time I order, hash browns are literally always burnt to a crisp & desert dry. Biggest waste of money. They are never made fresh and taste like they’ve been sitting on a warmer drying out for 30 minutes. They have looked like this the last 4 times I went. Even after asking them to make them a lot less crispy and to be made fresh. I wish the employees made sure the food was actually okay before selling it. Honestly a huge scam.

The breakfast sandwich and hash browns were pretty good. The snack bacon was excellent too but could definitely use less pepper. Great place to stop for food and coffee. Thanks.

This is the closest Dunkin to my house and would be very convenient if things were made correctly. If they even have the items I order, which is rare because im told they are out alot, they are usually made poorly. Bacon is raw on sandwiches and side orders are not proportional as well as raw. It appears that the kids that work here have no guidance and just push the orders out to get the customers moving. We shouldn’t have to bring the food home and cook it because it’s been put through st the very minimum time. Unfortunately I’m going to have to start traveling another 20 mins out of my way in order to get my orders right at a different location. Very upsetting and wish something could be done. I could write a book on my negative experiences here.

This place keeps getting worse employees attitudes are the worst. Your making 15-16 an hour to poor over priced coffee. I order a medium hot black coffee with a turbo shot. I got a medium hot black tea. Kind of hard to mess up yet they did here Another time there were grinds in my coffee so I won’t be back to this location anytime soon

Stock on donuts is non-existent! EVERY SINGLE TIME, in the past 6 weeks, there are no glazed, Bavarian creme, chocolate crueler s, NOT ONE DONUT my mother in law wanted. So disappointing! Told the family not to waste their money on a Dunkin gift card for her. Seriously pathetic…

I’m just doing this so that the employee gets a good review, this sweet lady Desiree (Dez) was so freaking nice to me and my family, she gave us time and didn’t rush us, because me and my sisters were all doing separate transactions, when my little sister went to pay for her drink, she had a five dollar gift card, but her drink added up to like $4.45. And my sister was sad she didn’t have enough for a classic donut, but when my little sister went to pay for the drink Dez said “what donut did you want” and my sister was so fragile saying “I thought I didn’t have enough” Dez then said “its ok” and that made my little sister sooo happy, on top of that she forgot to put whiped cream on my older sisters drink, but when my sister asked for the whiped cream Dez did not hesitate to put lots of whiped cream and add drizzle, we were in shock about how nice she was and we thought she was so sweet thats all.

Avoid this dunkin. More than once we have gone there for a mobile order then they inform us that they dont have what we ordered cause its out of stock. They never have anything properly stocked and/or mess up the orders.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin on and off for the last few months. At first, everything was great. Great customer service. Great products (to an extent). But starting in December of 2022, I started to have not very great experiences. In the LRG iced lattes I’ve been ordering, there started to be espresso grounds floating in my coffee. I used to work at Dunkin. A few over a stretch of different states. I can understand a fluke happening from lack of attention, trying to keep up drive times, etc. So the first two times this happened, I remained understanding. I got replacements. I gave multiple chances to fix the mistake. When the third time happened, I was able to grab a replacement but I discussed with whomever was in charge about being a bit more diligent in cleaning the machines. It’s very unsanitary and disgusting. It has happened two other times now, and I decided to strain the coffee before tossing it. The fourth time this happened, I strained the coffee and I showed the photos from 1/11/23 to whomever had been working that night. I did receive a refund. In between that time and the next, when I placed my latte orders, I made sure to ask the team member over the intercom to make sure the grinds holder was washed before my latte was made. The orders came out fine. The fifth time this happened, which was today (1/15/23), I did the same. I asked them to make sure the grinds holder was washed. I was reassured they’d make sure. But today I was met with disappointment, and disgust. I strained it again. And tossed it again. Will be coming for a refund tonight, and I won’t be returning.

When I got to the drive through I had asked for a Hot sugar cookie latte because I was made aware that there was that flavor (there wasn’t which is perfectly fine) so the girl asked if I wanted brown sugar, I told her that’s fine. Then she proceeded to ask me multiple questions of how I wanted my coffee after I said a HOT latte (the sentence hot latte was repeated about 4 times) and managed to get an iced latte that tasted like just milk and very little flavoring. On top of that the way our food was made was beyond sloppy. We’re so unhappy especially because we were the only ones in the drive through. What was the rush… It’s a job, don’t make it a burden because a customer comes through and makes you do it. You applied for the job yourself.

They hate walk ins but that is every dunkin besides the ones located inside stores. I guess the employees at those ones are used to people being inside the store and are more willing to help you. I go in for donuts and the selection is small and if someone is willing to help you they are rude. Sometimes you have to walk out because they will ignore you for so long. Finally, be careful where you park because its easy to get trapped in your spot if the drive-thru line gets too long.
