I stop here for ice cream but can’t recommend the place. Only kids work here, and as customers, we are an inconvenience. Most of the ice cream is semi-melted, I only get the flavor that was recently sold so that it’s not exposed to air for too long. The large waffle cone I had today was stale, but what was gross is that it had caramel (?) in and at the bottom of it hidden by the paper wrapper. When I brought this to the kids attention they told me in 4 different ways that they had nothing to do with the cones, didn’t make them, didn’t k own who made them, how they are made or when they were made.

So this says it open at 04:00AM, i stopped by and it was closed. I orderd a Original Pumpkin Spiced Latte and i got mud water, the girl did not even knew what i asked for because she kept asking for my order again, if you want to get your order wrong, wait a long time and waste your money stop by. I stopped by a different one and i re order and got my order correct and the difference is quite obvious.

The people here are rude. Specifically the manager. This morning I pulled in to get a drink on my birthday and the manager literally told me “do u have your payment because we have lines of cars waiting” after I realized I grabbed the wrong card out of my wallet. She then ran my card for the wrong order & held her line up even longer trying to process a refund. Sucks because I visit this location often but I surely won’t be back.

Horrible Dunkin Donuts, the employees work slow and get every coffee and bagel I order is wrong!! I ask for a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and they’ll give me regular cream cheese and water down coffee! This location is lucky I gave them a 1 star because ultimately this location needs to relocate away from the West Chicago area!! Horrible Employees ever!!

0-Stars Terrible service, I asked for 2 ice matcha latte and they gave me hot I told them I asked for cold and they got upset they go and pop it in another glass with ice and they give me only 1/4 part of a large glass I tell you are sure it is a large I touch it and it is hot I tell him give me back my money and he says I can’t give it back to you and of course you have to give me back my money, he closes the window and leaves but I did not move from there until I return, he looks at me, I will open the box and he gives me cash and says that’s what I’m going to give you. If they have had a bad day I understand it but they do not have to treat their clients like that because every day we live off each other.
