Been a little while since I came back to this location, and I was pleasantly surprised. The front line staff are all smiles and super friendly now. The Panda App was acting wonky and kept asking for info I already entered. But Jeff the manager who was also very nice and helpful got my order taken care of with a big smile. The Angus Steak and Mushroom Chicken were both hot and fresh. And the best part was the fried rice is really good once again!

I’ve never had a great experience here. They never get our order right. My first visit was in the drive through. They gave us the wrong order then refused to make it right. Corporate gave us a free meal for that incident which we enjoyed at the Alhambra location. We’ve come back a few times since then. It has barely met our expectations. They can’t seem to communicate with each other very well. On my last visit, I asked for a chicken egg roll but I got two veggie ones instead. Bummer!

When panda started, the food was excellent . With a unique flavor. Now it is dry and no flavor. I was disappointed with how expensive it is and the quality has gone down. In order for you to get condiments, it is like pulling teeth from the service people.

The manager Katie is skimpy. She gives much less than other employees. I see chow mien being piled on while Kate just grab a measly portion. She doesn’t even fill up the whole box of the small al la carte entree. I literally see everybody’s order while a nice pile of entree portion and chow mien/rice but her’s is just flat. Come on, I come to this Panda often. If she’s the one serving, I’ll request someone else.

Ordered two entrees on plate. Store made mistake and try to give me a bowl with small Togo box for 2nd entree. Asked for proper order and the employee didn’t want to make the correct on order. Received the correction on order. Opened the box and found out there’s no rice, rice was mixed under the noodle. Asked again and didn’t want to provide correction on the order 2nd times. At this time asked for manager. Gave back the food and place the bag on the counter. The wind blow and the bag flew in. The employee got upset they said I throw the bag. Worst experience I received at the panda. Will think twice before going back.

I dont know everytime i order from this location food is dry not full of flavor and veggies are missing no yellow peppers inside honey chicken and just overall isnr as good as other locations probably wont be back

Always busy in drive thru and dine in, but staff is quick. They were doing construction on their ceiling so half of the dining area was unavailable, but other than that, the atmosphere is fine.
