Our waitress was the sweetest thing this side of the Mississippi! They accidentally rang one of our meals wrong and they made it right and then some. It wasn’t a huge deal, but she brought us all desserts too. Every thing on the menu that we ordered was delicious and we didn’t have a single crumb left from what we ordered. The gulf shrimp and grits was one of the best things I’ve had in the south. Thanks for taking good care of us!

What a great seafood restaurant and a great venue. Tried the gator bites, crab cakes and shrimp, all were cooked well and seasoned to perfection. Service was ok, took forever to get drinks and food even though it wasn’t that busy. However, the food more than made up for it.

The best food.. we used to drive from Marion Arkansas to eat here because it’s the best southern Cajun food we found in and around Memphis. Now we live in Vicksburg and we stop here anytime we travel north to Paducah for business. The boiled shrimp are the best I’ve had this year. They have a kick without being too much and that’s the best side salad. Madeline, our waitress is very nice and has our drinks refilled before we even ask. She checked on us numerous times and our lunch was out quickly. Great service!

Wonderful food and wonderful service. We got Fried gator bites as an appetizer. They were so good and battered perfectly. My catfish basket was done perfectly. Weird but if you have a thing for hushpuppies like me, you’ll love these!! The fried shrimp were amazing as well. Getting a whole shrimp dinner next time. My service was amazing as well. Our waitress literally did everything right! Couldn’t have asked for better!

The food here is so amazing! Especially the crawfish tails. The service is just as amazing! We came with family from out of state and didn’t realize they closed at 9pm….they stayed open late for us so we could get them some real southern food! A great place with a great vibe!! Definitely recommend!

Good food at a very reasonable price point. Excellent service that was quick and friendly even though the restaurant was packed! The atmosphere is easy going but pretty loud. Not a problem, just letting you know. A few small tweaks here and there and I believe this could easily be a 5 star review. Example: My wife got shrimp and grits. Presentation was lacking, but the grits were so smooth and creamy. Perfect. The shrimp tasted fine, no problem there but something was lacking. My hamburger steak came with gumbo gravy and that gravy was tasty. Put some of that gravy on the shrimp and grits with some chopped scallions and not only would it amp up the flavor, but would fix the presentation problem as well.

We’ve only been 3 times since we’ve found it a month ago & Crossroads Seafood has been amazingly great each time. Food is fresh & service was wonderful even when it was crowded. YES… it did get crowded so that shows how good everything is.

We love local places. But seafood is hard to get right. When frozen then overcooked it can be rough. Oysters turn mealy and the shrimp had a texture that was at once tough and chewy.
