The service and food was great! We arrived and thought we would have to wait 45 min. But we’re seated in about 15. The food was brought out pretty quickly. The fries shrimp was very good and I would say the prime rib steak sandwich was also very good! Yeah we will going back soon

GREAT!!! Definitely will back!!! Brand new place in mauldin right off 385! Food was beyond expectations! Went with the family after church! The portions are very generous to say the least!!! I love having plenty and not the bare minimum!!! Chicken tenders, to chicken Alfredo, to steak and shrimp, to grilled chicken!!!! Burger and all was amazing!!! The staff was very polite and respectful. Our server Koli, amazing! Checking on us very frequently!!! This place is a new destination on the map!!!!! Very pleased!!!

We love J. Peters! Our second time at this location and it was a great experience. Excellent service, delicious food with hearty portions, and great prices. It was nearly full at lunch…a popular spot! We enjoyed the house salads and my wife added blackened salmon. The croissants are dangerously tasty! I went with the veggie side dishes… everything was great.

We’ve been here several times and I have to tell you the food is always excellent the service is always great. Today we had a new server her name was Riley she was excellent. And I have to also say Dana who’s the manager is so conscientious and caring. I really enjoy this place they really care about their customers. Their food is excellent and for me who’s gluten free they’re very accommodating. Of course we will be going back again and again. I want to thank all the staff there cuz they all are very good.

While in the Simpsonville area, J Peters was my go to for dinner on a cold rainy afternoon. I was not feeling going home to cook. I made a to go order, and went by to pick it up. It took about fifteen minutes and it was ready when I got there. I ordered the chicken tender platter with the house salad and the house dressing, a hot bacon and honey mustard dressing. For my side I got the loaded mashed potatoes. My food was only ok, the chicken tenders were crunchy and a little on the dry side. The bacon on the salad and the loaded mashed potatoes had been cooked but it wasn’t crispy bacon. The salad was good and a nice size. For the price of $18.64, I had more than enough food, the quality taste of the food just wasn’t what it use to be.

The food was good but the service was incredibly slow. It was not busy, there were only 6 of us, and it still took over an hour to get any of our food. One of my biggest indicators of good service is how often drinks are refilled; but it took 30 mins to even get my first tea. If you have the time for a 2 hour lunch it’s a good place to go.

I have to tell you I love this restaurant been here several times the food is always excellent I’m crazy about the prime rib my wife had the blackened salmon which was excellent and my mom had the steak all three were better than five star. Our waiter Nicholas was an excellent waiter the service was great the food was spectacular we’ll definitely keep coming back. I have to tell you in the six or seven times we’ve been here I’ve never had a bad meal very thankful for this place and their lunch time menus are excellent price. Compared to most places. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Excellent service at the bar for lunch during mid-week. Ordered the Early Bird Special Prime Rib. The steak was medium rare, just the way I like it. Excellent flavor. I also highly recommend the J Peters Chicken – a very tasty, if indulgent, chicken breast smothered in BBQ sauce, ham, and melted cheese with bacon. Sides are all excellent. Loaded mashed potatoes do not disappoint. They serve a large, honey-glazed croissant with every salad. It could easily double as dessert. I make this a regular destination.
