Always a very nice restaurant to eat at. The food is tasty and always good, everyone was pleasant and friendly, the atmosphere was nice, the service was just a bit slow. They needed someone at the cash register taking orders. Other than that, a nice experience. I will most definitely go back again.

What a surprise! I was there around noon and the dining room was empty. The clerks were nice and overall I ended up happy to cool off on my m/c ride.

Come here almost every time I’m in town but today I waited an hour and a half for my food. No one else dining in and barely any traffic in the drive thru. Shouldn’t be taking this long for a small amount of food.

We came in, and no employee talked to us for about 5 or 6 minutes. We stood at the counter waiting for our order to be taken, and employees looked at us and were walking around eating food. Then one of them told me I could not order there that I would have to use the kiosk, and then the next customer who came in, they took his order at the counter. Very rude. Then we got our order and were missing 3 items and had to wait for each one of those. All of our food was cold. The staff was very rude, so I didn’t ask them to remake it. I will not return to this location. I don’t believe they should be able to stand at the counter where they prepare the customers’ food while they are eating. They were lazy and didn’t want to take my order and it’s very rude.

This is a nice location. The service here is pretty fast even when there are long lines. The store is clean. The workers and nice enough. The restrooms here are fairly clean. This Taco Bell is a quick way to get your south of the border fix especially late night when most restaurants in Lake City are closed.

As soon as you walk in there is 5 employes in the dining room and 7 in the back and I was told to use the kiosks. That thing take to dam long. Why have all of them there if there not going to do nothing. The soda machine was out there was no tea and no ice in the lobby. Then they messed up on the order. The tables were not cleaned off from the previous customers This happens to be the sorriest and laziest Taco Bell.

The nacho fries are the bomb. The only thing I don’t like is when you walk in they should take your order instead of us having to do it. It’s like they don’t even acknowledge you’re there until you tell them you’ve put your order in. Literally you have to get someone’s attention. Quite possibly the worst taco bell you can go to. They really need to hire some better people at this location who WANT to work. When you walk in, no one greets you, no one is at the counter. They expect you to use the touch screen thing to put your order in, and then when you’re done you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to recognize you’re at the counter so you can pay for your order. It’s RIDICULOUS!!!
