The service was phenomenal! Our server Andrea was the BEST! She made sure we was good, she knew what we needed before we even asked ! She was most definitely on top of it ! I would most definitely recommend coming here and getting her as server! We only had one issue and it was that our first batch of bread was undercooked, which wasn’t her fault but she clearly saw that and replaced it immediately! The food was delicious! The place was packed, they were most definitely doing there best to get people in and out!

Texas roadhouse has steaks and other country style foods. You can get cocktails and beers on tap. The blooming onion they have here is very good. They have the classic sauce but it was cut very well so that each piece could be pulled off. The drinks are fine and the food is generally acceptable. They were pretty busy on a Saturday night but have a good system for getting a table. Nice to have one here in Clarksburg.

A young man named Joe came with other employees to wish my wife Happy Birthday in their own special way. I just had dinner with family. My waiter was Dana. To sum him up in a word..spectacular! My drink was never empty, Rolls were filled immediately, He came to the table with smile. The order was exact. Cooked to perfection. In fact, the entire staff was extremely friendly. I let the manager know of the staff and Dana’s superior service. I highly recommend the Claksburg location.

I’ve been here twice, food and service is always great. (it was slow yesterday due to it being very busy) but nonetheless 10/10 place to eat! My go to is the filet & shrimp combo (med rare), a loaded baked potato and a bowl of chili! Also in highly recommend their mild “wings” appetizer. It was absolutely delicious!!!

We took our daughter out to dinner for her birthday the experience was disappointing. Food had to be returned the waitress kept giving us the wrong food and saying oh its just extra. My granddaughter got a 12 inch steak half of it was fat… I got cooked carrots that was so dry you couldn’t eat them. And 3 of my party ordered baked potatoes they informed us as they were giving us our food that they had ran out and it would be a 40 minute wait .. so we didn’t get any…. Their were 6 of us and the only one who seemed to be happy was my 6 year old grandson and I’m glad for that at least.. We do not mind spending the money if it’s worth it but that was a waste… looks like longhorn just got another customer at least there you get what you pay for and we have never been unhappy there… Oh I will be fair and say the chicken wasn’t bad…. But the steak was awful…

Food was good. Our waitress did a good job. Only issue we had was the waitress was not notified my wife’s food had been dropped and had to be remade as someone else delivered the food. When I asked about it she immediately figured out the issue and worked to correct it. 5 stars for her, 3 for whoever failed to notify us.

My wife and I decided to go try something from Texas Roadhouse that she tried not long before. From the pictures you can see that our 2 meals that were supposed to be the same turned out much different. My wife only eats well done or better meat. Her meal is medium rare. Mine shows the cheese & onions minus some of the meat I ate. Her meals show no cheese and almost raw meat. They did not offer her any replacement – only another salad. They only offered to re-cook it but that would mean I would have been done with this meal. The manager failed to do anything not even a discount! We went to corporate. They said they would resolve it. Nothing. The manager of this location said He would resolve it. NOTHING! Back to corporate – NOTHING!!! Here is the pics – you can see the almost raw meat of a supposed to be well done. We expected something. Not a full refund but at least something! We HAVE NOT been back to there since. Thanks for nothing.
