Apparently they are using DoorDash for their drivers and it destroys the delivery quality. The driver walked to my door with the pizza box sideways and the pizza was demolished. It also wasn’t hot because he had a cheapo pizza case.

They burnt EVERYTHING. The chicken and pizzas were so overcooked. You probably can’t tell but there’s bacon and pepperoni on this pizza. They tried to cover up the severely burnt wings with bbq sauce but the smell of burnt food was so bad when you opened the chicken box it made you sick…50 bucks worth of food just burnt….We even tipped them and I picked it up! This was our first and last time ordering from this location…

Forgot part of my order. When I called to deal with the issue the manager hung up the phone on me. I returned the food I had received and asked for a refund to which I was told “Nah you can call tomorrow and speak to the general manager”. I was very polite, did not curse or have an attitude. I don’t know what her problem is but she certainly should be manager of anything.

First: I ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks for pick up. When we arrived, the pizza was done, but had to wait 10 minutes for the cinnamon sticks.

My husband and I moved to Ohio three days ago. Nothing is unpacked, and we saw Donatos, which was something we hadn’t ever heard of. We decided to order online and pick up at the window. When we got there, the guy helping us was so nice. He offered us plates and napkins and bagged it all up for us. Everything we got was great, the service just made it even better!

1st time using this shop. Pizza was a good solid 4. The cheesy bread was a 1 due to raw dough. No it was not cheese it was dough. Could eat the ends but nothing in the middle.
