I love Taco Casa but this one totally disappointed me. Drive thru took a long time. I ordered 1 hard taco with sour cream, 2 soft tacos with sour cream and a Tostado with extra sour cream… We realized we had more “taco packages” on the way home.. needless to say I got 5 bean and cheese burritos and a tostado with NO sour cream. My tostado was so soggy it folded easily like a taco. I had my heart set in those taco and that sour cream. I live 20 minutes from this location and didn’t realize it was all bean burritos. I’m hoping it was it was simple mistake but I wasted $15, gas and my receipt was correct. Come on Taco Casa people love yall, yall can’t make these types mistakes. I’ll be back because my son just started a job nearby. I just hope next time yall get it right.

Disappointed. The quality of food has gone down but prices have gone up. Ordered from the “super” menu which should include lettuce and tomatoes on the items. I guess they had run out of lettuce and tomatoes because NONE of the three items I ordered had any, super taco, super burrito, or the super tostada. All they had to do was say they were out instead of selling without all the ingredients. Also, if the price has changed, change it on the menu! I’m so disappointed in this location, used to be better.

They made sure that i was fed and they had great hearts and made sure everything was ok even knowing that im a homeless customer they really did a great job and deserve raises for what they do the names that helped are… alyssa, kamarion, tyler, mike, coy, and leland and I believe in my heart these people deserve a raise they have done gods work and they are great workers please give them the compensation deserved

Not sure what the problem is at the Forney location but today was the 3rd time in a week that I waited 15+ minutes for someone to answer the drive thru speaker. When I finally got my food, there was no napkins, utensils or sauces included or was I asked. This place needs some motivation from its management as well as some customer service training. Just terrible!

Ordered 2 nacho supreme one with everything and the other no tomato and no jalapeno we ate inside at 9:17pm after eating for a few minutes I found a hair inside my food. We told them about it and he offered to remake it but after seeing it I didn’t want it remade I had lost my appetite. So if y’all decide to eat there keep a eye out on what’s in your food
