In-N-Out Burger, “Quality You Can Taste” it says it all! The burgers was so delicious & yummy mouth watering & the fries also plus the milk shakes & I got a (Coke or a Pepsi) that I didn’t even get a chance to take a photo but you can bet it was well worth it! Yeah, management is beyond rude. Wouldn’t fix their own mistake. Instead told me to go get in line. If I order something, I should not be double charged. They definitely need some new employees. Even the worker at the window couldn’t manage more than a single word. What a joke their customer service is. I recommend you go to the one on Mooney Blvd.

We have heard nothing but how great In-n-Out Burgers are, so we thought we would try it. Service is supposed to be fast… it wasn’t even close. It took 30 minutes to get our 2 burgers and fries, and one of the burgers wasn’t made as ordered, so it had to be remade. The burgers were pretty good, but they need to go back to the drawing board with their fries. They were like eating sticks of chalk. We couldn’t eat them, they were absolutely horrible.

The staff is extremely pleasant. Most fast food places are staffed by nice people but these folks go beyond the normal. They greeted me and asked if I would like any condiments and in leaving I got a big smile and a thank you for stopping by. I have noticed most fast food spots don’t ask if I need condiments and as I am older I forget to ask. Great food.

I went here once they didn’t wanted to make me anything from the secret menu that this in n out wouldn’t do it. Plus animal style fries were pretty bad. I prefer to go to in n out on Mooney. Manager and workers dont know how to make sure the customers are always right. Not just that I was willing to pay the extra if I’m willing to pay you guys should be making it.
