Was told my order would be delivered in 1/2 hour, from 3 miles away…had company so didnt go get myself…..it was almost 2 hours for order, order was burnt and cold….when i called they said they were waiting on doo dash…no where on website did it say anything about door dash!

Workers were very nice. Ordered a cheese pizza with stuffed crust. The pizza was so greasy and thin you could see the sauce on the other side of the slice through the dough (see back pic). Also they were sold out of bread and cheese sticks. The mozzarella cheese sticks were good though. I’ll probably go back to the Eastgate Pizza Hut from now on. The pizza looks/tastes better from there.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars! when you order delivery they call door dash. if I wanted to use door dash I would have called them. 25 min was what the web site said the delivery would be. after 50 min I called and asked where my food was. then was informed they used door dash. was told they dont controll door dash. how does a pizza place not have drivers! dont offer delivery then! or post it on the website so ppl can choose if they want food thats sat for over an hour before its even left the store! so now I’m waiting for an hour and 35 min and still no food. pizza hut has always been my fav , but I will nvr order again. I hope this store gets closed.

Great food steep price, especially on the sides for how much you receive. Food tasted good as always but the amount of fries made me upset haha. You can order a small at McDonalds and receive more. Hope they change that as I’m a French fry lover.

This review is NOT a reflection of this location rather about the corporate Pizza Hut website, ordering process, and price scam for you to be aware. Spicy Lovers Pizza advertised price is 12.99. After picking Thin or Original Pan Crust and no other additional toppings 1.00 is added to the order price. Why? It was additional toppings were added when they were not. Even by removing toppings from the original ingredients the price is 12.99 + 1.00. You cannot order online the advertised 12.99 priced pizza. Clearly false price advertising. Strike One. But wait there is more. After placing the now 13.99 pizza in your cart and indicating delivery there is a 3.99 delivery fee (which is fine) Order total is now 17.98. However, you cant complete the order because Pizza Hut givers you an error message We’re sorry, the minimum delivery subtotal is $15. Please change your selection to carryout or continue shopping. WTH Pizza Hut. No. Strike Two. You just lost a sale and a customer for life.

I ordered online at 3:45 with a scheduled delivery time of 6pm. I was notified via the tracker that the order was out for delivery at 6:04pm – late but since we are close to the store figured it would be there shortly. At 6:49pm I called the restaurant because I had not received the order. At that time I was notified that because the location had no delivery drivers available they were using Door Dash. I was then notified that Door Dash never picked up the order and the order was still at the store. I was told the order would be remade and I could pick it up in 15 min. I arrived and I was initially given the old food..only because I checked the order and said are you sure you gave me the freshly made order. I was told yes it was. When i said That what I was provided was not the full order – it was missing the mini Cinnamon rolls. I was told they were in a box that contained a pizza. I had to reopen the box to prove I didn’t have the item. I was then told I didn’t order 3 pizzas to which I then had to show my email recipe. The manager then came up to the front and I asked again if this was new order or the old…he then went back into the hot store box and pulled out the freshly made order. I was given half off the order only via a future purchase credit. The manager really wanted to blame Door Dash but the reality is while Door Dash has blame, they should have a system to confirm orders are picked up via Door Dash or at least communicate in a timely manner to customers that Door Dash will not pick up the order so that I could have driven the 5 min to pick it up or when ordering delivery not provided as an option if delivery drivers aren’t available. I was led to believe via the tracking texts that the order was on its way which is why I didn’t call sooner. Upon arriving home, I question the freshly made part of the order for the food we had. I was charged 3.99 for delivery and provided a $5.00 tip in addition to the food. So a full refund of that amount meant I was provided a $12 discount on a $34 food order (excluding tip/delivery charge) that can only be recovered on a future order. It was something but it felt lacking given the debacle of a situation.

Ordered online on Tuesday Sept 27, 2022 at 7:35 pm. Paid by credit card, waited am hour, tried calling, no delivery, customer assistance phone line was of no use. Drove to the location and they were closed at 9pm, apparently much earlier. No more ordering from this location or online ordering from this location. Online ordering should specify the place is already closed early for the evening. Will stick to local pizza from LaRosa’s or Gramma’s in the future
