Best pizza in Cardiff / Encinitas by FAR. Nothing bad to say about East Coast! Their reheated slices are where it’s at, it crisps up so nice and they have a great variety of slices. Hidden gem is their sandwiches, both the turkey sub and the torpedo are amazing, and such a good value. They’re huge.

I grew up on Long Island, NY and love this style of thin crust pizza. They had a daily special of pepperoni, mushroom, fresh basil and garlic by the slice when I was there once in the past. Man, that was good. Recently remodeled and looking great! Very friendly guy serving. AND, Lost Abby Beer next door! Not open when I was there. Before covid you could take your slices there if you wanted. East Coast pizza serves beers on tap now too. Just go!
