This Papa John’s supercedes others I have been too. The papadilla (cool ranch) was perfect and pizza was on point. Delivery driver was super prompt and friendly. I have previously spoken to the manager at this franchise as well and was extremely impressed by his professionalism and hospitality. Highly recommend, will visit again (a lot). Thanks guys!

Papa John’s is currently having door dash drivers delivering, you might as well order carry out they will forget something or give you the wrong order. I had to pick up the rest of my order.

I order pizza once a week for delivery, and within these past 2 months it has said my food has been delivered even though it hasn’t been, so I’ve been outside looking around for my delivered food just for my delivery driver to show up 5-10 minutes later with my food. I don’t know what exactly is going on but this needs looked into asap.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. My daughter ordered pizza today at 3:12. At 4:09 she called to see where it was. Supposed to be delivered 3:49-3:59. They said they needed a driver and it would be leaving soon. At 4:59 she called to cancel the order. It says delivered, but we have no pizza. There wasn’t even an apology offered or anything! This store is usually decent. But I’m not impressed with how they handle a bad situation.

Total false advertising. Give negative stars if could. You order the pepperoni extravaganza stuff crust pizza which pizza shows pepperoni on it but wait that just for show. You have to customize it, while yet the cheese stuff crust doesn’t show pepperoni. But don’t have to customize that with cheese. Call them up and no help at all. Total ripoff. Shows the stupidity of them. It is like going to burger king and ordering a chicken sandwich but not Getting chicken because I didn’t customize it.bWatch what you order from con artist pizza

I pick up pizza here once a week. The workers are great and the pizza is as good or better then any other papa John’s. The guy that works there remembers my name which is cool cause I don’t really talk much. The service is what makes this place so good. If the workers weren’t good then I would go somewhere else. Store refuses to pick up the phone after 9:00, called the store 8 times, each time the call was ignored. I went into the store to order, and explained the issue and called the same number within the store, and the phone rang perfectly fine. Your employees clearly can not perform their jobs correctly, nor do they comprehend how to answer a phone. The manager was not helpful at all to the situation, defending their neglagence with made up excuses about the phone only working when you call from inside the store. If I could give the employee Julie a rating for her and the store, along with the actions of the manager, it would be a 0/5.
