One of the many good places for Dim Sum in the East Bay with a beautiful view of the Marina in Alameda. Has varieties of Dim Sum dishes on the menu for everyone. You can order the Dim Sum from the menu or choose a dish or two from one of the servers that walk around the restaurant holding a tray of Dim Sum goodness. I’ve only been here a handful of times, so far the service has been excellent.

Quite a bit of their parking lot is taken up by abandoned cars or Sprinter vans who have apparently heard it’s ok to camp here for weeks. They need to enforce the parking restrictions posted in the lot and have these cars towed. It looks terrible and takes parking away from customers.

My relative’s family had the repast dinner here. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Alameda. The view across the estuary of Oakland is quite nice if one enjoys boats, buildings and Jack London Square.

I booked Pacific Lighthouse for my wedding banquet. Throughout the year we noticed many bad reviews and after revisiting 4 times we were guaranteed by multiple managers that they fixed all the issues and that they would have no problems handling our party.

Wow! I’m so happy I tried this place. It’s going to be my go to whenever I’m in the East Bay.since Hing King Flower Lounge closed I needed another restaurant at their level. I loved the selection, the freshness of the dim sum and the flavor. Even the price was reasonable for the size/portions. We ordered enough for 4 people and got all the items we wanted with some extra to take home. It was about $25/person. Best of all, the service was extremely friendly. Servers and waiters went out of their way to accomodate us. I’ll be back and I do recommend this place!

This is probably the first place I’ve been where I didn’t expect it to be good due to the Yelp review aggravate of 2.5 stars. The only reason why I decided to come is because I saw this place on the list of tasty buns in an old article posted at a Walnut Creek Dim Sum place. I decided to visit all the places listed in the article as a new goal.
